Database Availability Clause Samples
The Database Availability clause defines the obligations and standards regarding the uptime and accessibility of a database service. It typically specifies the minimum percentage of time the database must be operational, outlines scheduled maintenance windows, and may address procedures for reporting and resolving outages. This clause ensures that users can reliably access the database as needed, thereby minimizing disruptions to business operations and clarifying expectations around service reliability.
Database Availability. Call processing databases shall have a maximum unscheduled availability of 30 minutes per year. Unavailability due to software and hardware upgrades shall be scheduled during minimal usage periods and only be undertaken upon proper notification to providers which might be impacted. Any downtime associated with the provision of call processing related databases will impact all service providers, including BellSouth, equally.
Database Availability. 9.5.4.1 Call processing databases shall have a maximum unscheduled availability of 30 minutes per year. Unavailability due to software and hardware upgrades shall be scheduled during minimal usage periods and only be undertaken upon proper notification to providers, which might be impacted. Any downtime associated with the provision of call processing related databases will impact all service providers, including BellSouth, equally.
9.5.4.2 The operational interface provided by BellSouth shall complete Database transactions (i.e., add, modify, delete) for EPB customer records stored in BellSouth databases within 3 days, or sooner where BellSouth provisions its own customer records within a shorter interval.

Database Availability. The Database shall be available to the User Entity on a 24 hours a day / 7 days a week basis. Notwithstanding the above, the Seller reserves the right to suspend temporarily the access to Airbus On-Line Services where such suspension is necessary for fixing security problems, performing maintenance services, updating and/or upgrading the Database. The Seller shall inform the User Entity in due time before any scheduled suspension, except in case of security problems.
Database Availability. OCUW shall operate and maintain the Database in a ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇-like manner consistent with commercially reasonable industry standards. OCUW shall provide You with access to the Database 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, subject to reasonable downtime. OCUW will, to the extent reasonably possible, provide advance written notice of downtime(s) either by sending You a downtime alert by email, or by posting the information on OCUW’s website. Notwithstanding the foregoing, You acknowledge and agree that the Database’s availability is provided on an “As Is, As Available” basis. Downtime shall not constitute a material breach of this Agreement unless downtime exceeds a total of seven consecutive days or fifteen days within any consecutive sixty (60) day period, excluding scheduled maintenance.
Database Availability. The data to be produced in this WP has the potential to be extremely useful in future research in multimodal processing. The consortium is willing, in principle, to make this data available for use to the research community. To this end, we shall open negotiations with the Linguistic Data Consortium to discuss this possibility. To make these databases publicly available, several issues must be resolved in particular relating to privacy and logistics of distribution (the full M4 multistream database will probably occupy tens or hundreds of gigabytes). WP2: Multimodal Recognition This WP is concerned with the development, evaluation and improvement of the different input modal- ities that will be integrated in WP3. This includes robust conversational speech recognition, gesture and action recognition, emotion/intent recognition, source localization and tracking, and multimodal person identification and tracking. While different versions of these components are already available in the M4 consortium, significant progress can be expected from the present project. Although different, a key bind- ing factor is that these technologies are often based on similar or complementary mathematical tools, thus providing good opportunities for collaboration.
Database Availability. The Database shall be generally available to the User via the Airbus On-Line Services website on a 24 hours a day / 7 days a week basis. Notwithstanding the above, Airbus has reserved the right to suspend temporarily the access to AOLS where such suspension is necessary to address security problems, perform maintenance services, correct errors and bugs, update and/or upgrade the Database. AIRBUS NA CUSTOMER SERVICES will inform the User before any scheduled suspension, unless security concerns prevent such notification.
