Data Restrictions. Seller shall advise Buyer in writing of the ----------------- identity, nature and existence of any technical or interpretive information or data that cannot be assigned to Buyer hereunder because of confidentiality agreements with third parties, identify such third parties, and provide reasonable cooperation (for before and up to one year after Closing) in obtaining the agreement of such third parties to the release or assignment of such information and data to Buyer; provided however, that Seller shall not be required to expend any material funds or release any rights to allow such release or assignment.
Data Restrictions. You must not share PHI or PCI with UiPath and must refrain from using PHI or PCI with UiPath-hosted Services. Moreover, if you reside in Greater China or in locations where transfer of data outside your location is prohibited or conditioned by certain formalities which UiPath cannot ensure, you are not allowed to use any Personal Data with UiPath- hosted Services or otherwise share it with UiPath.
Data Restrictions. You may not transmit and/or store PHI Data, PCI Data or ITAR Data within the Hosted Services unless you have specifically purchased a Purchased Offering for that applicable regulated Hosted Services environment (as identified in an Order).

Customer further agrees not to make available to any third party Biological Data or Instrument Data or use any third party Commercial software (unless authorised by Oxford via notice on its website) to process Instrument Data generated through use of a Device or Software, whether or not for processing on Customer’s behalf, within the first forty-eight (48) hours after such Biological Data or Instrument Data is first written to a disk at Customer’s direction.

Pharmacy and Manufacturer acknowledge and agree that Manufacturer is not requesting Pharmacy to provide, and Pharmacy shall not provide any data or information to Manufacturer in any report in the event the transfer, use, license, sale or disclosure of such data or information by Manufacturer or Pharmacy is prohibited by Applicable Laws, including, but not limited to, federal or state laws and regulations that prohibit or restrict the transfer, use, license, sale or other disclosure of prescriber data.

Selectron will not disclose Licensee Data to any third- party except as required to perform its obligations under this Agreement (e.g., transmittal of PCI Data to Licensee’s designated payment gateway) and will maintain and use the Licensee Data only for purposes of performing its obligations under this Agreement. Except as otherwise expressly provided herein, Selectron will promptly delete any Licensee Data that Licensee requests in writing to be deleted (except for data retention required by law, in which case Selectron will notify Licensee as such in writing).
