Customer Usage Data. General Requirements
Customer Usage Data. 9.1 Usage Data with respect to End Users will be provided by Windstream to Spectrotel when the End User has been transferred to Spectrotel, and Spectrotel purchases Resale Services from Windstream.
Customer Usage Data. 7.1 Usage Data with respect to end users will be provided by ALLTEL to EZ Phone when the end user has been transferred to EZ Phone, and EZ Phone purchases Resale Services from ALLTEL.
Customer Usage Data. 9.1 Usage Data with respect to end users will be provided by ALLTEL to Quality when the end user has been transferred to Quality, and Quality purchases Resale Services from ALLTEL.
Customer Usage Data. 7.1 Usage Data with respect to end users will be provided by ALLTEL to Universal Telecom when the end user has been transferred to Universal Telecom, and Universal Telecom purchases Resale Services from ALLTEL.
Customer Usage Data. Customer authorizes Company to use information about Customer’s configuration and use of the Services (“Usage Data”) and Customer Data to: (a) manage Customer’s account; (b) provide, improve, and support the Services; and (c) provide Customer with insights, service, and feature announcements, and other reporting. Customer agrees that Company may use aggregated and/or anonymized Customer Data and Usage Data for any business purpose during or after the Term, including, without limitation, to develop and improve Company products and services and to create and distribute insights, reports, and other materials. Company will never use or disclose aggregated and/or anonymized Customer Data or Usage Data in a manner that would identify Customer or any User as the source of the information.

Customer Usage Data. 9.1 Usage Data with respect to End Users will be provided by Windstream to XxXxxx when the End User has been transferred to XxXxxx, and XxXxxx purchases Resale Services from Windstream.
Customer Usage Data. 7.1 Usage Data with respect to end users will be provided by ALLTEL to First Choice when the end user has been transferred to First Choice, and First Choice purchases Resale Services from ALLTEL.
Customer Usage Data. 9.1 Usage Data with respect to End Users will be provided by Windstream to Alliance Connect when the End User has been transferred to Alliance Connect, and Alliance Connect purchases Resale Services from Windstream.
