Customer Reports. For each Customer Application Assessed by Veracode as part of the Solution, Veracode will make available to Customer a Customer Report containing the results of the Assessment as may be further described in an Order Form. Subject to Veracode’s ownership of any Veracode Property contained therein, Customer will own all right, title and interest to each Customer Report. Veracode grants Customer a non- exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual, worldwide license to access, use and reproduce the Veracode Property (including the Veracode trademarks) included in each Customer Report as incorporated into the Customer Report solely for Customer’s and its Affiliates’ internal use. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Customer shall have the right to disclose the Veracode Property (including the Veracode trademarks) solely as incorporated into the Customer Report (and without any modifications thereto) to (i) other Veracode customers via the Solution Platform as provided for herein and (ii) any other third parties subject only to a confidentiality obligation at least as protective as the confidentiality obligations contained herein.
Customer Reports. Distributor shall provide Conor with written quarterly reports, which shall include customer call reports, business trends, sales forecasts for the significant customers in the Territory, market forecasts and other reports requested by Conor.
Customer Reports. In order to assist Xxxxxxxx to better manage its ---------------- resources and assist Xxxxxxxx in identifying training and maintenance needs, Corvis will use its best efforts to issue a quarterly report consisting of, at a minimum, the following information, if applicable:
Customer Reports. ThinKom will include with each unit that is repaired under warranty and shipped back to the Gogo a report describing the nature of the problem and the corrective action taken by ThinKom to resolve such problem.

Weise agrxxx xo maintain written records of behalf of EFP of (i) customer orders for Distributed Masks, (ii) customer invoices and billings xxx Distributed Masks sold such customers, and (iii) payment receipts from customer in respect of such invoices. No more than once per calendar year will EFP have the right upon reasonable advance notice during business hours to review the above records.

Customer Reports. Nothing in this Agreement restricts Licensor from recording, storing, manipulating, and extracting Customer Information solely for the purpose of producing the Customer reports described in Part III.

Customer Reports. LOTS 1, 2, AND 3. The vendor shall provide a status of orders report, outlined below, free of charge to firm order, approval plan, and leasing plan customers. The report is not intended to replace or duplicate the title-specific information provided on shipping lists and invoices, but is intended to track the customer's overall ordering activity. The customer will use this report to certify orders placed/received and will forward the report to the Library of Congress FEDLINK Fiscal Operations office. Other, additional reports for the customer may be supplied, but are optional. Any costs for optional reports must be identified in the vendor's offer. A separate Quarterly Summary Report shall be provided to the LC Contracts and Logistics Services office as required in Section H.
Customer Reports. Customer shall own all right, title and interest in and to any written summaries, reports, analyses, and findings or other information or documentation prepared uniquely and exclusively for Customer in connection with the Services and as specified in a Service Order/SOW (the “Customer Reports”). The provision by Customer of any Customer Report or any information therein to any unaffiliated third party shall not entitle such unaffiliated third party to rely on the Customer Report or the contents thereof in any manner or for any purpose whatsoever, and Spyglass specifically disclaims all liability for any damages whatsoever (whether foreseen or unforeseen, direct, indirect, consequential, incidental, special, exemplary or punitive) to such unaffiliated third party arising from or related to reliance by such unaffiliated third party on any Customer Report or any contents thereof. This Section 6 shall survive any expiration or termination of this MSA.
