Custom Services. If this Contract involves custom service, the below sections (b)(1) through (4) apply.
Custom Services. Upon payment of separate fees and acceptance of appropriate Statements of Work or other agreements, Subscriber may also contract with Ricoh to perform installation or customization services (“Custom Services”). Any Custom Services purchased by Subscriber are not part of the Services under this Agreement and are governed by their separate agreements.
Custom Services. The following optional custom deployment services may be available for purchase separately (defined in a separate statement of work or other signed agreement between the parties): • Dell Anti Malware & Virus Administration services for remote management, reporting and updating of Customer Anti- Malware & Virus applications. • Dell Custom Factory Integration services for installing Service-Enabling Software on a new system. Support Procedures Activation of Services Customer and Dell will collaborate to complete the following: • Review minimum technical requirements. • Assess environment/infrastructure. • Review network topology. • Identify office or site locations. • Identify the preferred Service-Enabling Software distribution method. Upon completion of this review, a Service-Enabling Software Installer will be provisioned by Dell and Customer will be sent an email activation notice to the technical contact email address along with a Service-Enabling Software Deployment Guide on how to activate the service and contact Dell for implementation support.
Custom Services. Sprint will provide the following Sprint Plus Services at an additional charge, unless the parties agree otherwise in writing. This list is not all inclusive, but represents a sampling of available custom services.
Custom Services. Wilshire will provide specified services for special projects upon request. In such cases, Wilshire provides the prospective client a proposal letter that outlines the scope of the project and the applicable fee. Generally, such projects are of short duration and fees are payable as agreed upon with the client. FEE BILLING Fees are generally billed monthly or quarterly. Payment in full is expected upon receipt of the invoice. For advisory clients, fees may be paid out of the client’s investment account by the client’s custodian. A client must consent in advance to direct debiting of its investment account. When we collect fees in this manner, at the same time we xxxx the custodian, we will send the client an invoice showing the amount of the fees, the value of the assets on which they are based, and the fee computation. Upon termination, fees will be billed or refunded, as appropriate, on a pro rata basis for the portion of the quarter completed. The portfolio value at the beginning of the period is used as the basis for the fee computation, adjusted for the number of days during the billing quarter prior to termination. OTHER FEES Client accounts may incur other fees not associated with Wilshire (e.g., administrative, custodian and/or transaction fees). Client accounts also incur brokerage commissions, which are discussed in the “Brokerage Practices” section of this brochure. Expenses other than advisory and performance fees and brokerage commissions, such as custody fees, are generally paid directly by a client to the service provider. Funds are generally subject to operating expenses, including advisory fees paid to the investment managers and sub- advisors of the funds. If Wilshire invests a client’s assets in a fund (proprietary or nonproprietary), the client will bear a proportionate share of the operating expenses of the fund; in addition to the fees it pays Wilshire. If Wilshire invests a discretionary client’s assets in a fund managed by Wilshire, Wilshire may waive its advisory fee with respect to those assets; however in such instances, Wilshire, as the investment adviser to the fund, will receive a management fee directly from the fund. Where an advisor engages Wilshire to provide index calculation services with respect to an index that the fund tracks or uses as a benchmark, Wilshire’s fees for its index services are paid out of the assets of the fund as a fund expense. Custom Services. Unless otherwise provided in a separate Statement of Work (“SOW”) or Quote specifically referencing or attached to this Agreement, Zonar will not provide any custom Services, including but not limited to, integration services, bulk data export services, or other non-standard Services (“Custom Services”) not specifically identified in the relevant SOW, Quote or Sales Order. Any Custom Services must be agreed upon by the Parties in a signed SOW.
Custom Services. Xxxxxxxxx.xxx may provide certain additional services in connection with the implementation and/or operation of the Application Services, subject to terms and conditions to be agreed between the Parties in writing at such time as such services are requested by Client (“Custom Services”).

The foregoing Application Services and Implementation Services are sufficient for the development, launch and operation of the Software, Systems, Services, Xxxxxxxxx.xxx Website and Client Website, without the need for custom services unless otherwise agreed. No custom services have been agreed to at this time.

To the extent Customer requires custom services, including, without limitation, custom reporting, data loads, dashboards, report distribution, training and other custom development work, Comdata may provide such custom services pursuant to a statement of work agreed to and executed by the parties. Such statement of work will include a description of the scope of services to be performed by Comdata and an estimated cost for such custom services based on Comdata’s applicable standard hourly rates in effect at the time of service.
Custom Services i. Professional Services are available for configuration, implementation, consulting, managed services, custom reporting, or other services which are set out in the Agreement and may be further defined in a Statement of Work.
