Common use of Current Revenue Clause in Contracts

Current Revenue. The Infrastructure ▇▇▇▇▇ made hereunder shall be paid solely from lawfully available funds that have been appropriated by HEDC; provided, however, HEDC agrees during the term of this Agreement to make a good faith effort to appropriate funds to pay the Infrastructure ▇▇▇▇▇. Consequently, notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, HEDC shall have no obligation or liability to pay the Infrastructure Grant except as allowed by law.
