Current Employee. Executive is currently employed by the Company.
Current Employee. Any eligible Bargaining Unit employee who has accrued more than their maximum accumulations shall annually be compensated for all days in excess at $100 per day, prorated accordingly. The remittance of payment shall occur at such time as determined by the District.
i. An eligible 9-month employee may not accumulate more than 190 sick leave days. ii.An eligible 10-month employee may not accumulate more than 210 sick leave days. iii.An eligible 12-month employee may not accumulate more than 252 sick leave days.

To complete a change in a unit member's duties, a revised job duty statement shall be developed by the supervisor with input from the Unit member at the time of the Unit member's assignment to the new duties. A change is defined as a modification of the scope of the Unit members' assignment, such as supervision of new departments or programmatic areas. When a Unit member receives a revised job duty statement, appropriate training will be provided, if needed.
Current Employee a) A current employee’s appointment or promotion to a position will be subject to a probationary period of three (3) months. The probationary period may be extended by express agreement between the parties to this Agreement.
b) Subject to satisfactory performance an employee’s appointment will be confirmed at the conclusion of the probationary period.
c) During the probationary period, if the employee’s performance is not satisfactory, the Employer may give the employee one (1) weeks’ notice and return the employee to the classification held immediately prior to the employee’s appointment to the new position.

Current Employee. To be eligible for the Retirement Early Notification Stipend (hereinafter, “Stipend”), a current Employee must meet both the age and years of service requirements pursuant to the Maryland State Retirement and Pension System (hereinafter, “Retirement System”) of which he/she is a member.
