CPNI. Customer proprietary network information (“CPNI”) is information about the quantity, technical configuration, type, destination, location, and amount of use of the CC Service(s) that Masergy, or any party on behalf of Masergy, may provide to Customer. Under federal regulations, telecommunications providers such as Masergy have an obligation to protect the confidentiality of CPNI. By executing a Sales Agreement or Service Order Form, Customer grants permission to Masergy to use Customer’s CPNI to evaluate Masergy’s existing CC Service(s) and new opportunities to serve Customer better. Masergy may use Customer’s CPNI to identify additional communications related services or products that Customer may desire that will complement the CC Service(s) already provided to Customer.

CPNI. Astound will have access to certain customer proprietary network information of yours (“CPNI”). Under federal law, you have a right to, and Xxxxxxx has a duty to protect, the confidentiality of CPNI. CPNI may be useful to tailor services to you and to enhance Xxxxxxx’s ability to meet your needs. You expressly authorize Astound, its affiliates, or its sales representatives to use CPNI to determine if you could benefit from other services offered by Xxxxxxx and its affiliates, and market them to you. You may withdraw your authorization at any time by informing Xxxxxxx in writing. Any such withdrawal will not affect the quality of Services provided to you.
CPNI. CPNI means information about the quantity, technical configuration, type, destination, and amount of use of the telecommunications services that Carrier may provide to Subscriber, including without limitation, information contained in the invoices prepared by Carrier for Subscriber. Under federal regulations, telecommunications providers such as Xxxxxxx have an obligation to protect the confidentiality of CPNI. By executing a Service Order, Subscriber grants permission to Xxxxxxx: (i) to use Subscriber's CPNI to evaluate Xxxxxxx's existing Services and new opportunities to serve Subscriber better, and (ii) to use Xxxxxxxxxx's CPNI to identify additional communications related services or products that Subscriber may desire that would complement the Services already provided by Xxxxxxx to Subscriber. Subscriber has the right to impose additional restrictions on Xxxxxxx's use of Xxxxxxxxxx's CPNI by “opting out”. If Subscriber opts out, Xxxxxxx cannot use Subscriber's CPNI to market additional Services to Subscriber. Opting out will not affect the provision of any Service to which Subscriber subscribes, but it may prevent Subscriber from receiving certain information about additional Services from Carrier. Subscriber can choose to opt out at any time and Subscriber's decision whether or not to opt out will remain in effect until changed by Subscriber. To opt out, Subscriber must notify Carrier in writing at the notice address provided in the Agreement, and provide the following information:
CPNI. Under federal law, Customer has the right, and Provider has a duty, to protect the confidentiality of information about the amount, type, and destination of Customer’s service usage (“CPNI”). Customer hereby consents to the sharing of Customer’s CPNI or other personal information with Provider and its affiliates, agents and contractors, solely for the purpose of developing or bringing to the Customer’s attention any products or services, or in the event of any merger, sale of some or all of the company assets or acquisition as well as in any insolvency, bankruptcy or receivership proceeding in which CPNI or other personal information would be transferred as one of the business assets of the company. This consent survives the termination of Customer’s service and it valid until revoked by Customer. To remove this consent any time, Customer must notify Provider in writing at City of Xxxxxx, 000 Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxxx, Xxxxx 000, Xxxxxx, Xxxx 00000 and provide the following information: (1) Customer name, (2) Service billing address, (3) Telephone number including area code, and (4) Service account number. Removing consent will not affect the Customer’s current service.
CPNI. Domestic Communications Companies shall comply, with respect to Domestic Communications, with all applicable FCC rules and regulations governing access to and storage of Customer Proprietary Network Information (“CPNI”), as defined in 47 U.S.C. § 222(h)(1).
CPNI. Customer Proprietary Network Information (“CPNI”) is information that Xxxx, its Service Providers and other telecommunications carriers obtain when providing your telecommunications services to you and your User(s). CPNI includes the types of telecommunications services you currently purchase, how you use them, and the billing information related to those services, including items such as the types of local, long distance and wireless telecommunications services that you have purchased and your calling details. Your User(s)’ telephone number, name and address are not considered CPNI. Bark uses technology and security features and strict policy guidelines to safeguard the privacy of CPNI and protect it from unauthorized access or improper use. Xxxx does not disclose CPNI outside of Xxxx, its Service Providers and its and their respective affiliates and their respective agents without customer consent except as required by law. When Xxxx uses third parties, including Service Providers, to perform services on its behalf that require the use of CPNI, Xxxx requires that they protect the CPNI consistent with this privacy policy. Xxxx does not sell CPNI to third-parties.
CPNI. CUA will protect the confidentiality of customer proprietary network information (“CPNI”) as required in the United States by 47 C.F.R. §§64.2005-10, if applicable, and by the similar requirements of any jurisdiction in which the Services are provided. CUA will not use CPNI for any purpose other than to market similar services to Customer.

CPNI includes, among other things, Service identities, quantities and locations; information on how Service is being used; and Service billing information. Unless or until otherwise instructed by Customer, Syringa may use Customer CPNI or share it with its agents and independent contractors for the purpose of furnishing Customer with information about Syringa’s telecommunications-related products that may be of interest to Customer. Customer’s approval of this use of its CPNI will remain in effect until Customer contacts Syringa and indicates it no longer wishes to have its CPNI used for such purpose. To revoke its approval, Customer may contact Syringa at any time and at no cost by dialing 1-800-454- 7214.

CPNI. Stratus Networks, Inc. acknowledges that it has a duty, and Customer has a right, under federal and/or state law to protect the confidentiality of Customer's proprietary network information (“CPNI”). Such CPNI includes information about the telecommunications Services purchased by Customer from Stratus Networks, Inc., Customer account activity (for example, telephone numbers) and charges incurred by Customer. With Customer’s consent, Stratus Networks, Inc. may use this information for marketing purposes to offer Customer the full range of products and services available from Stratus Networks, Inc. that may be different from the type of Services Customer currently buys from Stratus Networks, Inc. In addition to private line and other dedicated transport services, Stratus Networks, Inc. and Stratus Networks, Inc. affiliate’s offer other services, including voice, collocation, hardware (by sale or lease) and managed services. A more complete description of Stratus Networks, Inc. companies and product and service offerings is available at xxx.xxxxxxxxxx.xxx or Customer may contact its Stratus Networks, Inc. account manager. Stratus Networks, Inc. may also share Customer information with its affiliates, agents and partners to offer the services and products described above. Stratus Networks, Inc. requires Customer’s consent for Stratus Networks, Inc. and its affiliates, agents and partners to use this information to offer the services and products described above. By signing the Agreement and taking no further action, Customer gives Stratus Networks, Inc. Customer’s consent to use and disclose Customer CPNI as described above. Customer may refuse CPNI consent by signing the Agreement but then notifying Stratus Networks, Inc. in writing of Customer’s decision to withhold Customer’s consent. Customer’s consent or refusal to consent will remain valid until Customer otherwise advises Stratus Networks, Inc. Customer’s decision to approve or disapprove use or disclosure of Customer CPNI as described in this section will not affect Stratus Networks, Inc.’s provision of Service to Customer.
