CPE. 7.1 CPE can only be connected to the Network for the ISDN 2 Service using an approved connection point.

CPE. Unless otherwise provided by the Service Subscriber, TWC will provide to each Service Subscriber such modems, Ethernet cards, splitters or other customer premises equipment that may be necessary for such Service Subscriber to access and use the EarthLink High-Speed Service with a single Device provided by such Service Subscriber (any such items or other equipment to be provided by TWC, the “TWC CPE”). The costs of TWC CPE will be borne by TWC.
