Covered Product. Business Services apply only to the following VIVE hardware product: VIVE Cosmos Series (each a “Product”). The Product includes a VIVE branded head mounted display (“Headset”) and may also include the following devices: Linkbox, Converter, Controller(s), Base Station(s) and VIVE Cosmos External Tracking Faceplate depending on your Product model and along with accompanying in-box accessories (e.g. Cables and Power adapters) contained in the same original package and purchased from an HTC authorized retailer or directly from HTC. Your VIVE hardware Product(s) must be registered as set forth below, subject to HTC’s confirmation, within three (3) months of Product purchase (once registered, a “Covered Product”). You may not change, transfer, or remove a Covered Product once it has been registered for Business Services. Devices that are purchased separately or not included in the original package with the VIVE Headset are not Covered Products and are not eligible for Business Services.

The Product includes a VIVE branded head mounted display (“Headset”), Controller(s) and along with accompanying in-box accessories (e.g. USB Type-C cable and Rapid Charger 3.0) contained in the same original package and purchased from an HTC authorized retailer or directly from HTC. Your VIVE hardware Product(s) must be registered as set forth below, subject to HTC’s confirmation, within three (3) months of Product purchase (once registered, a “Covered Product”). You may not change, transfer, or remove a Covered Product once it has been registered for Business Services. Devices that are purchased separately or not included in the original package with the VIVE Headset are not Covered Products and are not eligible for Business Services.
Covered Product. The “Covered Product” is your notebook, all-in-one, desktop, or tablet computer identified on your invoice or order confirmation.
Covered Product. The products covered by this Settlement Agreement are defined as the Whelk products that DONGWON has manufactured, imported, sold, offered for sale or distributed in California, including, without limitation, “Canned Whelk Hot; UPC No. 8-801047146483.” All such items shall be referred to herein as the “Covered Products.”

Covered Product. (s)' means the pharmaceutical product(s) [CHEMICAL ENTITY (REGISTERED TRADEMARK NAME®), DOSAGE FORM, STRENGTH].
Covered Product. The term ‘‘covered 5 product’’ means a drug (as defined in section 201(g) 6 of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (21 1 defined in section 351(i) of the Public Health Serv- 2003’’ and insert ‘‘Medicare Prescription Drug, Improve- ment, and Modernization Act of 2003’’.

Covered Product. The Covered Product must be either an Apple-branded, Samsung-branded, Xiaomi- branded, Huawei- branded, One Plus-branded, Realme-branded, Honor-branded, Oppo- branded, or Vivo-branded smartphone and tablet that is contained in its original packaging.
