Covered Components Clause Samples
The "Covered Components" clause defines which parts, products, or elements are included under the scope of an agreement, such as a warranty, license, or service contract. It typically lists or describes the specific hardware, software, or services that are protected or governed by the terms of the contract, sometimes referencing model numbers, versions, or categories. By clearly identifying what is covered, this clause ensures both parties understand the extent of their rights and obligations, preventing disputes over what is included or excluded from the agreement.
