Copyrighted Materials. Exhibitor shall not play or permit the playing or performance of, or distribution of any copyrighted material at the Event unless it has obtained all necessary rights and paid all required royalties, fees or other payments.
Copyrighted Materials. Dental Group hereby grants Manager the right to --------------------- use any and all copyrighted materials authored or owned by Dental Group including, specifically, the Dental Group dental management system software programs (the "Programs"). This license includes the right to sublicense the Programs and the right to prepare and own derivative works based on the Programs, all without a duty of accounting to Dental Group. Dental Group shall execute all documents required to enable Manager to own, use and exploit all such rights.
Copyrighted Materials. Except as set forth herein, HP copyrighted materials may not be copied or reproduced in any manner. All training materials, tests, and service manuals are copyrighted materials. SM will not modify, adapt, prepare derivative or collective works, transfer, sell, sublicense, lease, distribute publicly, or in any manner commercially exploit the HP copyrighted materials provided. All copies including, but not limited to, hardcopy, magnetic, optical, or electronic copies made by SM, must bear the copyright notice(s) contained in or on the original.
Copyrighted Materials. Exhibitor shall not violate any copyrights with respect to writings, music or other material used by it at the Event or at any affiliated function, and assumes sole liability and responsibility for the use and display of all copyrighted materials at the Event, and shall obtain any and all necessary licenses therefore.
Copyrighted Materials. Licensee’s ownership of any copyrighted materials incorporating the Licensed Brand Assets is subject to the rights granted by UL hereunder and UL’s ownership of underlying Licensed Brand Assets.
