The Cooperation on Programming clause establishes the obligation for parties to work together in planning, developing, or executing specific programs or projects. In practice, this may require regular meetings, sharing of relevant information, and joint decision-making regarding program content, timelines, or resource allocation. Its core function is to ensure coordinated efforts and mutual support, thereby increasing the likelihood of successful program outcomes and minimizing misunderstandings or duplication of work.
Cooperation on Programming. Programmer and Licensee mutually acknowledge their interest in ensuring that the Station serves the needs and interests of viewers in New London and the surrounding service area and agree to cooperate to provide such service. Licensee shall, on a regular basis, assess the issues of concern to residents of New London and the surrounding area and address those issues in its public service programming. Programmer, in cooperation with Licensee, will endeavor to ensure that programming responsive to the needs and interests of the community of license and surrounding area is broadcast, in compliance with applicable FCC requirements. Licensee will describe those issues and the programming that is broadcast in response to those issues and place issues/programs lists in the Station's public inspection file as required by FCC rules. Further, Licensee may request, and Programmer shall provide, information concerning such of Programmer's programs as are responsive to community issues so as to assist Licensee in the satisfaction of its public service programming obligations. Licensee shall also evaluate the local need for children's educational and informational programming and shall inform Programmer of its conclusions in that regard. Licensee, in cooperation with Programmer, will ensure that educational and informational programming for children is broadcast over the Station in compliance with applicable FCC requirements. Programmer shall also provide Licensee upon request such other information necessary to enable Licensee to prepare records and reports required by the Commission or other local, state or federal government entities.
Cooperation on Programming. CNI and the Licensee of each Station mutually acknowledge their interest in ensuring that such Station serves the needs and interests of viewers in the service area of the Station and agree to cooperate to provide such service. The Station may request, and CNI shall have the right to provide, information to the Station concerning CNI’s programs as are responsive to community issues so as to assist the Station in the satisfaction of its public service programming obligations. CNI may also provide the Station with information necessary to enable the Station to prepare programming-related records and reports required by the FCC. Upon CNI’s request, the Station shall provide CNI with notarized quarterly reports in a form reasonably acceptable to CNI on the Station’s compliance with its obligations under this Agreement including, but not limited to, its carriage of the CNI Programming.

SBS, in cooperation with ICFG, will endeavor to ensure that programming responsive to the needs and interests of the community of license and surrounding area is broadcast, in compliance with applicable FCC requirements. ICFG will describe those issues and the programming that is broadcast in response to those issues and place issues/programs lists in the Station's public inspection files as required by FCC rules. Further, ICFG may request, and SBS shall provide, information concerning such of SBS's programs as are responsive to community issues so as to assist ICFG in the satisfaction of its public service programming obligations.

Broker, in cooperation with Licensees, will endeavor to ensure that programming responsive to the needs and interests of the respective communities of license and surrounding area is broadcast, in compliance with applicable FCC requirements. Licensees will describe those issues and the programming that is broadcast in response to those issues and place issues/programs lists in the Stations' public inspection files as required by FCC rules. Further, Licensees may request, and Broker shall provide, information concerning such of Broker's programs as are responsive to community issues so as to assist Licensees in the satisfaction of their public service programming obligations.
Cooperation on Programming. Unica shall provide the FCC Licensee with information concerning such of Unica's programs as are responsive to community issues, as the FCC Licensee shall reasonably request, so as to assist the FCC Licensee in the satisfaction of its public service programming obligations. Unica shall also provide Achievement upon request such other information necessary to enable the FCC Licensee to prepare records and reports required by the Commission or other local, state or federal government entities, including quarterly issues/programs lists.
Cooperation on Programming. Licensee and Broker will cooperate reasonably in an effort to avoid conflicts regarding the programming on the Station and to ensure that the Station's programming conforms with the Policy Statement and the Communications Act.

Programmer, in cooperation with Licensee, will endeavor to ensure that programming responsive to the needs and interests of the community of license and surrounding area is broadcast, in compliance with applicable FCC requirements and will assist Licensee, if requested, in the production of Licensee-provided programming. Licensee will describe those issues and the programming that is broadcast in response to those issues and place issues/programs lists in the Station's public inspection file as required by FCC rules. Further, Licensee may request, and Programmer shall provide, information concerning such of Programmer's programs as are responsive to community issues so as to assist Licensee in the satisfaction of its public service programming obligations. Programmer shall also provide Licensee upon request such other information necessary to enable Licensee to prepare records and reports required by the Commission or other local, state or federal government entities.
