Contractor’s Administration. The Contractor shall notify the District in writing of any change in the name or address of the Contractor’s Project Manager.

A contract involving Information Technology (IT) services includes Copyright Assignment language whereas a non-IT Contract omits the Copyright Assignment language. Additionally, a determination must be made whether the Contactor will complete a Confidentiality Agreement on behalf of its employees or whether the Contractor’s employees and non-employees will complete the Confidentiality Agreements individually.
