The Contractor Project Director clause designates a specific individual from the contractor’s organization to serve as the primary point of contact and overall manager for the project. This person is responsible for overseeing the contractor’s performance, coordinating communications with the client, and ensuring that project objectives and timelines are met. By clearly identifying a project leader, the clause streamlines communication, enhances accountability, and helps prevent misunderstandings or delays during project execution.
Contractor Project Director. The individual designated by the CONTRACTOR to administer the Contract operations after the Contract award.
Contractor Project Director. Contractor Project Director is responsible for Contractor’s performance of all Work and ensuring Contractor’s compliance with this Contract. Contractor’s Project Director must meet and confer with County Project Director on a regular basis as required by County and specified in Exhibit A (Statement of Work) to this Contract. Such meetings will be conducted via teleconference or in person at a time and place agreed to by County Project Director and Contractor’s Project Director.
Contractor Project Director. The Contractor Project Director must be a permanent Contractor employee and shall be technically qualified and have a minimum of three (3) years experience in the management and administration of large-scale Inmate telephone systems and services to federal, state, or county Inmate custodial accounts with a minimum of 10,000 Inmate calls per day system-wide.

Contractor Project Director. The CONTRACTOR shall provide its own full time officer or employee as Project Director and identify the person in the proposal. The Project Director or an approved alternate shall be assigned locally and available for telephone contact 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding all COUNTY holidays. The Project Director shall provide overall management and coordination of the contract services on the CONTRACTOR’S behalf, and shall act as the central point of contact with Probation.

This will also include participating in all Sentinel Event, Infection Control and Facility injury investigations as appropriate and as requested by the Facility and deemed necessary by County.
