The Department is responsible under the Vendor File and W-9s Policy for verifying with authorized signatories of the Contractor, as part of contract execution, that the legal name, address and Federal Tax Identification Number (TIN) in the Contract documents match the state accounting system. Contractor Contract Manager. The activities required by the professional services contract shall be under the direction of and coordinated by SMUD’s Quality Assurance Program Manager and SAP CRM Phase II Project Manager (SMUD Contract Manager Team). The Contractor will provide a contract manager to work in partnership with the SMUD Contract Manager Team.
