Unless contrary to federal law, Contractor shall certify that each landscape contractor, as defined in ORS 671.520(2), performing Work holds a valid landscape contractor’s license issued pursuant to ORS 671.560. Contractor Certifications. Contractor shall observe and abide by all applicable laws and regulations, including, but not limited to, those of Brown relative to conduct on its premises. Contractor certifies that they are not presently debarred, suspended, proposed for debarment, declared ineligible, or voluntarily excluded from participation in this transaction by any Federal department or agency.
