CONTRACT TERRITORY. The license granted pursuant to this Agreement shall be worldwide (the "Contract Territory").

CONTRACT TERRITORY. 4.1. The contractor performs works on Extraction of brown coal within the limits of Contract territory according to conditions of the Contract. 4.2. In case of working off of stocks of coal within the limits of the Contract territory defined Mountain tap, the area 0,47 км2, the question on its expansion will be solved by change of conditions of the contract without carrying out of competition (by registration of new mountain tap when due hereunder).

If during Exploration and Production of hydrocarbons at Dauletaly field, Atyrau Oblast, it is found that geographical boundaries of the Field exceed the Contract Territory’s limits stated by the Geological Lease, a matter of its expansion shall be settled by changing Contract terms in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, provided that such expansion does not damage interests of the other subsoil users. 4.3. Return of the Contract Territory, except for the territory of Commercial Discovery, shall be performed by the sixth year of the Contract Period.

CONTRACT TERRITORY territory, determined by geological or mining lease, on which the Subsoil user shall have the right to carry out operations of subsoil using, as appropriate to the Contract.

CONTRACT TERRITORY. Contract territory is the EU. However, the customer may also use the certification certificate in other countries; for this he has to obtain the consent of XertifiX e.V.

CONTRACT TERRITORY. The limited license granted pursuant to this Agreement shall extend throughout the United States of America and its territories and possessions (the "Contract Territory"). Licensee may submit a written request to Redline to extend the Contract Territory to additional countries. The Contract Territory will be expanded only upon written approval of Redline. This Agreement grants no right to manufacture, sell, market or distribute Licensed Products outside the Contract Territory, and this Agreement grants no right to authorize any person or entity to manufacture, sell, market or distribute Licensed Products outside the Contract Territory. Licensee agrees not to sell Licensed Products to any person or entity who Licensee knows or has reason to know intends or is likely to resell Licensed Products outside the Contract Territory.

CONTRACT TERRITORY. 4.1. The Contractor shall perform prospecting of hydrocarbons within the Contract Territory, which total square of the geological lease amounts to 10 518, 324 (ten thousands five hundred eighteen whole and three hundred twenty four thousandth) km2 in accordance with the terms of the Contract. 4.2. In case of discovery, when performing prospecting of hydrocarbons, that the geographical boundaries of the deposit accumulations exceed the bounds of the Contract territory, as fixed in the geological lease, the question of its extension shall be settled additionally by the Competent body, if it not violate the interests of other subsoil users.
