CONTRACT TERRITORY. 4.1. The Contractor shall perform hydrocarbons’ Exploration and Production within the Contract Territory in accordance with the Contract terms.

CONTRACT TERRITORY. This Contract provides coverage in the United States, including its territories and possessions, and Canada only for failures due solely to the Breakdown of a Covered Part.
