Contract Terminations. If the University terminates your Housing Contract for cause, you will continue to be liable for the full amount of your housing charges. You will receive no refund of any housing charges. You will also be charged a $250 cancellation fee. You will be required to vacate your room/apartment as of the effective date of your contract termination.

Contract Terminations. Parent shall have received evidence reasonably satisfactory to it that the Contracts set forth on Schedule 6.3(f) have been terminated and are of no further force or effect.
