Conservancy. The terms "Conservancy", "Natomas Basin Conservancy", or "NBC" mean The Natomas Basin Conservancy, a California Non-profit Public Benefit Corporation established in 1994 to carry out certain of the management responsibilities under the NBHCP, or its successor as determined in Section 3.4.8 of this Agreement.
