Consent Letter. On the Restatement Effective Date, the Administrative Agent shall have received a letter from CT Corporation System, presently located at 1633 Xxxxxxxx, Xxx Xxxx, XX 00000, xx the form of Exhibit I indicating its consent to its appointment by each Credit Party as their agent to receive service of process.
Consent Letter. On the Initial Borrowing Date, the Agent shall have received a letter from CT Corporation System, presently located at 1633 Xxxxxxxx, Xxx Xxxx, Xxx Xxxx 00000, xxbstantially in the form of Exhibit I, indicating its consent to its appointment by each Credit Party as its agent to receive service of process as specified in Section 13.08.
Consent Letter. The Administrative Agent shall have received a letter from CT Corporation System, presently located at 0000 Xxxxxxxx, Xxx Xxxx, Xxx Xxxx 00000, indicating its consent to its appointment by PM Holdings, the Company and each of the Subsidiary Guarantors as its agent to receive service of process as specified in Section 9.8.

On the Restatement Effective Date, the Administrative Agent shall have received a letter from Corporation Service Company, presently located at 00 Xxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxx, Xxx Xxxx, 00000, substantially in the form of Exhibit N, indicating its consent to its appointment by each New Foreign Subsidiary Guarantor as its agent to receive service of process as specified in the Foreign Subsidiaries Guaranty.
Consent Letter.
