Common use of Consent Letter Clause in Contracts

Consent Letter. The Administrative Agent shall have received a letter from CT Corporation System, presently located at 0000 Xxxxxxxx, Xxx Xxxx, Xxx Xxxx 00000, indicating its consent to its appointment by PM Holdings, the Company and each of the Subsidiary Guarantors as its agent to receive service of process as specified in Section 9.8.

Consent Letter. The Administrative Agent Agents shall have received a letter from CT Corporation System, presently located at 0000 Xxxxxxxx, Xxx Xxxx, Xxx Xxxx 00000, substantially in the form of Exhibit I hereto, indicating its consent to its appointment by PM Holdings, the Company Holdings and each of the Subsidiary Guarantors other Credit Party as its their agent to receive service of process as specified in Section 9.812.08 of this Agreement and Section 21 of the Subsidiaries Guaranty.

Consent Letter. The Administrative Agent shall have received a letter from CT Corporation System, presently located with offices on the date hereof at 0000 1633 Xxxxxxxx, Xxx Xxxx, Xxx Xxxx XX 00000, xxbstantially in the form of Exhibit J hereto, indicating its consent to its appointment by PM Holdings, the Company Borrower and each of the Subsidiary Guarantors its Subsidiaries as its their agent to receive service of process as specified in Section 9.813.08 of this Agreement or Section 21 of the Subsidiaries Guaranty, as the case may be.

Consent Letter. The Administrative Agent shall have received a letter from CT -------------- Corporation SystemSystems, presently located at 0000 Xxxxxxxx, Xxx Xxxx, Xxx Xxxx 0000000000 substantially in the form of Exhibit I hereto, indicating its consent to its continued appointment by PM Holdings, Holdings and the Company and each of the Subsidiary Guarantors Borrower as its agent to receive service of process as specified in Section 9.812.08 of this Agreement.

The Administrative Agent shall have received a letter from CT Corporation System, presently located with offices on the date hereof at 0000 1633 Xxxxxxxx, Xxx Xxxx, Xxx Xxxx XX 00000, xxbstantially in the form of Exhibit J hereto, indicating its consent to its appointment by PM Holdings, the Company Borrower and each of the Subsidiary Guarantors its Material Subsidiaries as its their agent to receive service of process as specified in Section 9.813.08 of this Agreement or Section 21 of the Subsidiaries Guaranty, as the case may be.
