Conformity. INSPECTION All deliveries are subject to the normally accepted tolerances as to dimensions and weight. Upon Delivery Customer shall carry out an inspection of Goods to check weight, length and width as stated in Order Confirmation and any apparent defects and damage to Goods (surface faults, package faults, etc) shall then be noted. Goods shall be considered automatically accepted upon delivery to Customer, if Customer fails to make any comments in writing in respect thereof not later than 3 days after their delivery and before Goods undergo any further processing. No claim shall be accepted by Seller in respect of any defect, deficiency and/or failure of Goods to meet the specific terms of the order which a reasonable inspection should have revealed but for which said inspection was not made.
Conformity. If any provision of this Contract violates any Federal or State of Washington statute or rule of law, it is considered modified to conform to that statute or rule of law.

Conformity. (a) All Player Contracts signed prior to the execution of this Agreement and in effect during the term of this Agreement shall be deemed amended in such a manner to require the parties to comply with the mandatory terms of this Agreement.
Conformity. (a) All currently effective Player Contracts, and all Player Contracts entered into on or after the effective date of this Agreement that do not otherwise so provide, shall be deemed amended in such manner to require the parties to comply with all terms of this Agreement, including the terms of the Uniform Player Contract annexed hereto as Exhibit A. All Player Contracts shall be subject to the terms of this Agreement, which shall supersede the terms of any Player Contract inconsistent herewith. No Player Contract shall provide for the waiver by a player or a Team of any benefits or the sacrifice of any rights to which the player or the Team is entitled by virtue of a Uniform Player Contract or this Agreement.
Conformity. If any term or provision of this Quotation is held invalid by a court of law, then such term or provision shall be enforceable to such extent as the court may determine to be lawful, and Company and Buyer hereby attorn to the court for the purpose of the making of determination by the court. Furthermore, such invalidity shall not affect the other terms and provisions of this Quotation, which shall be given full effect as though the invalid term or provision were not, in the first instance, included herein.
Conformity. The development, creation, delivery, provision, implementation, testing, maintenance and support of all Services shall conform in all material respects to the description of such Services in the Contract Documents, including the relevant Task Order.
