Conformity. INSPECTION

Conformity. We offer to provide the Non-Consulting Services inconformity with the tendering document of the following:[insert a brief description of the Non-Consulting Services];

Conformity. If any provision of this Master Agreement violates any Federal or State of Mississippi statute or rule of law, it is considered modified to conform to that statute or rule of law.

Conformity. If any provision of this Contract violates any Federal or State of Washington statute or rule of law, it is considered modified to conform to that statute or rule of law.

Conformity. If any term or provision of this Quotation is held invalid by a court of law, then such term or provision shall be enforceable to such extent as the court may determine to be lawful, and Company and Buyer hereby attorn to the court for the purpose of the making of determination by the court. Furthermore, such invalidity shall not affect the other terms and provisions of this Quotation, which shall be given full effect as though the invalid term or provision were not, in the first instance, included herein.

Conformity. To duly observe and conform to all valid requirements of any governmental authority relative to any of the Collateral and all covenants, terms and conditions upon or under which the Collateral is held.

Conformity. The development, creation, delivery, provision, implementation, testing, maintenance and support of all Services shall conform in all material respects to the description of such Services in the Contract Documents, including the relevant Task Order.

Conformity. All Facilities have received all required approvals ---------- of governmental authorities (including without limitation Permits and a certificate of occupancy or other similar certificate permitting lawful occupancy of the Facilities) required in connection with the operation thereof. To the best of Central's and EL's knowledge, as applicable, the Facilities are (and have been) operated and maintained in accordance with applicable laws, rules, regulations and state, county, municipal or other local ordinances, and conform to all other conditions necessary for the lawful conduct of the Business as currently conducted at each such Facility.
