Concierge Services. Date Revised: 15-December-2021; Version: Release 03/22 The Concierge Services are there to help when you are travelling and can support you with any request at the touch of a button – individual, personal, and fast. Wherever you are, whatever you need. The Concierge Services are always available and can be used around the clock, 365 days a year. Your call center agent will help you with any concern that may arise while you are on the go (e.g. what the weather is like at your destination, where to find a great takeaway coffee). As a result, you can find your way around and stay well-informed. Whatever you want on your journey, the right answer is at hand – tailored to your individual needs. This allows you to concentrate fully on the road, and destinations found for you by the Concierge Services can even be sent to your vehicle’s navigation system for automatic guidance, if desired. There are no additional mobile communication costs for you. Please note that each Service and its functions depends on availability. Depending on the vehicle model and its technical capacities as well as market regulations, the availability and details of a Service may differ. As far as a Service enables access to services of third parties only, such services of third parties are not subject of the Service.
Concierge Services. 3(a) Are any concierge services which include services beyond a basic security function ("special concierge services") provided at the Property? This would include arranging for tickets and any services beyond basic security.
3(b) Are all special concierge services performed by a TRS? (A Taxable REIT Subsidiary is a corporation 100% owned by a REIT.)
3(c) Are special concierge services performed by a Third Party? 3(c)(1) Does the Third Party charge tenants directly for special concierge services?
Concierge Services. 18.01 With effect from acceptance of these terms and conditions in accordance with Clause 2.03, the holder of a Platinum Card or Titanium Card shall be eligible for and shall be entitled to enjoy the benefits of the Concierge Services.
18.02 The Bank and/or Visa Worldwide Pte. Ltd. and/or MasterCard Asia/Pacific Pte. Ltd. shall be entitled at any time and from time to time to add, reduce or amend the Concierge Services or any part thereof provided without prior notice to the holder of Platinum Card and Titanium Card.
18.03 The Bank and/or Visa Worldwide Pte. Ltd. and/or MasterCard Asia/Pacific Pte. Ltd. shall be entitled to terminate the Concierge Services or any part thereof at any time and from time to time by giving prior reasonable written notice to the holder of a Platinum Card and Titanium Card (as the case may be).
18.04 The Bank shall not be liable to the holder of a Platinum Card or Titanium Card for any losses, claims, liabilities, damages and expenses of whatever nature which the holder of Platinum Card or Titanium Card may suffer or incur as a result of or in connection with the usage or termination of the Concierge Services (or any part thereof) or the failure of the agent appointed by Visa Worldwide Pte. Ltd. or MasterCard Asia/Pacific Pte. Ltd. to provide them.
Concierge Services. Your Card entitles the Account Owner or an additional cardholder to use the Visa Concierge Service, which provides assistance and support for travel, entertainment and business needs. The Concierge Service is provided by Visa, or a third party on Visa’s behalf, and Concierge Service staff may at their discretion refuse to consider or deal with a Concierge Service request. The Concierge Service is subject to change at any time without notice and your ability to use the Concierge Service can also be withdrawn at any time without notice. We and Visa are not responsible or liable to you in any way whatsoever in relation to any good or service provided to you by a Concierge Service merchant or any dispute that arises between you and any Concierge Service merchant. You are responsible for all costs, charges and expenses incurred by you (including reservation fees, cancellation or “failure to appear” charges) as a result of any booking, reservation or purchase that you make using the Concierge Service.
Concierge Services. Passenger ticketing operations. Subject to the prior written approval of the Airport Director, the TENANT may be granted the option to provide those additional services and uses which are ancillary to and compatible with the operational requirements of an airline club room. The TENANT shall not use the Leased Premises for any other purpose nor to engage in or permit any other activity within or from the Leased Premises.
Concierge Services. Management Company shall provide concierge services such as those described below:
Concierge Services. ACI agrees to provide Concierge services which offer information and referrals, on an unlimited basis, for any type of personal convenience in the broad category of personal service. ACI Concierge Service acts as an information service only and does not cover the cost of services nor does ACI guarantee delivery and/or quality of service provided by vendors.
Concierge Services. We do not offer or contract any obligation under concierge services. We only rent Le Clos ▇▇ ▇▇▇▇. Nevertheless, we provide you an access to the services of a concierge company, that means the possibility to benefit from its services. The concierge company may offer many services which will be subject to specific contracts and invoices directly agreed between you and the concierge company. We cannot for any reason be held liable for any failure to comply with the obligations under these contracts between you and the concierge company. Moreover, we cannot for any reason be held liable for death or personal injury suffered by anyone at the Clos ▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ during any of these concierge services.
Concierge Services. 19.1 All Guests of onefinestay have a designated concierge who will contact the Guest prior to the Booking. Assistance is also available on the onefinestay concierge line at 877.815.1242 (# 3).
19.2 The Guest shall pay electronically or wire transfer at the time of Booking. On occasion, the Guest will be provided with details of the concierge service in order to contact them directly.
Concierge Services. As part of this Agreement and under the terms indicated in the addendum “Schedule ‘A’”, the Parties agree that HPI or its affiliates or designees (the “Concierge Service Provider” or “CSP”) shall provide concierge, advocacy and other related services as a single point of contact for Plan Participants to help bridge the gap between benefits and care, provider and patient, and hospital and home as follows:
A. CSP will provide for some or all of the following services and other related services for Plan Participants upon the terms and conditions stated below:
1. assist with benefit and coverage questions 2. assist with claim status, claim and billing resolution, grievances and appeals SAMPLE
