Comply a. Fulfill all responsibilities and obligations of this Agreement.
b. Comply with requisite laws in performing services under this Agreement.
c. Conform to Insurer’s requirements, standards and procedures that are communicated to the General Agency in writing.
Comply. Lessee shall observe, obey and cause Lessee’s Associates to observe and obey all applicable Environmental Laws. Except as may be permitted by and only in compliance with applicable laws, including without limitation Environmental Laws, Lessee shall not allow any Hazardous Materials to exist or be stored, located, discharged, possessed, managed, processed, or otherwise handled on the Premises, and shall strictly comply with all Environmental Laws affecting the Premises, including, without limitation, those laws regarding the generation, storage, disposal, release and discharge of Hazardous Materials. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Lessee has not been, is not, and will not become involved in operations at the Premises involving Hazardous Materials, except as expressly permitted by and only in compliance with applicable laws and with prior written notice to the Authority. Moreover, at the request of Authority, Lessee shall become a co- permittee with the Authority, and with others at the Airport if required by the Authority, for stormwater discharge permits under applicable federal or state law. If any violation or suspected violation of Environmental Laws occurs on the Premises, Lessee will give the Authority prompt notice of the same and provide any documentation requested by the Authority.

Comply. All hose ends and fittings shall be compatible with the hose on which they are used. Suction and return lines shall meet or exceed a rating of SAE100R4. Pressure lines shall meet or exceed a rating of 100R2 and shall be of double wire braid construction. All hoses shall be sized to pump and cylinder requirements and shall be routed in such a way as to avoid contact with the exhaust system, driveshaft, and/or the chassis. Hoses shall be wrapped with protective hose wrap in potential wear spots and shall be securely anchored to the frame rails. All hydraulic lines from the control valve area to the front of the truck shall be custom formed. Stainless steel tubing, bulkhead mounted at both ends and supported by cushion type clamps. All hydraulic lines from the control valve area to the rear of the chassis shall be stainless steel tubing supported by cushion type clamps. COMPLY Hydraulic valves shall be a Danfoss PVG 32 pre-compensated or Rexroth load sense M4-12 series to control all hydraulic functions. Comply. Our solution does not include a laptop computer because of the availability of inexpensive laptops that the City can purchase themselves. Almost any new laptop with Window’s operating system is compatible with our software.
Comply. The supplier must take full responsibility for the installation and commissioning of the equipment supplied within the price quoted. The supplier must cover requirements (electrical and non-electrical utilities, network requirements) for installing the 3D APT system. The supplier is required to ensure that the 3D APT instrument complies with the power supply standards EN 50160:2022 and SN EN 50160 ED.3 (330122). The Institute of Thermomechanics of the Czech Academy of Sciences will assist with making the necessary extensions and connections of the power, water, and gas supplies to the equipment (if needed).
