Competitive Use. Licensee may not use the Product(s) to develop, test, support or market products that are competitive with and/or provide similar functionality to the Product(s).
Competitive Use. Customer may not utilize or permit a third party to access or utilize any part of the Software (including the Utilities) in any manner that competes, directly or indirectly, with any product or service provided by Xxxxxxxx. This includes, without limitation, using the Software (or its Utilities) to develop any software, interfaces, or other products that compete with Xxxxxxxx’x products or services, or using interfaces or other products connecting to the database of the Software in connection with a third party’s competing product.
Competitive Use. This includes, without limitation, using the Software (or its Utilities) to develop any software, interfaces, or other products that compete with Motorola’s products or Services, or using interfaces or other products connecting to the database of the Software in connection with a third party’s competing product.
Competitive Use. You may not use the Confidential Information to advertise, promote, endorse or market, directly or indirectly, any products, services, solutions or other technologies that, in HPE's sole and absolute discretion, compete with the products, services, solutions or technologies of HPE.
Competitive Use. Competitive Use. The Licensed Software may not be used for purposes of competitive analysis or development of a competitive product.
Competitive Use. CONTRACTOR shall not provide competitors of CSG with access to the CSG Materials or EM Home Reports, or otherwise use the CSG Materials or EM Home Reports in a manner that it knows or could reasonably be construed as competing with CSG's business, but is permitted to use the EM Home Reports to comply with any requirements of the Arizona Corporation Commission, which may include filing reports in a public forum.
Competitive Use. During the Term of this Agreement and for a period of twenty four (24) months thereafter, Licensee shall not develop, service or consult with regard to software which is substantially competitive with the Software, without the prior consent of Licensor.
