1.2 The student arrives on campus and has attended class on a regular basis for 30 days. A Commission payment is then due within the next 30 days payable in the amount of 12% of the first year tuition as noted on the LAC student enrollment agreement. This first year amount is simply one third of the three year BA Undergraduate tuition. A typical three year program is $86,040 or after an initial Scholarship Award of $6,000.00 is $81,040.00 or an average of $27,013.00 per year. Calculated at 12%, the XXXX Commission is $3,241.56. The Commission amount could be less or more depending on the final Scholarship Award or no Award.
1.3 The above schedule may be adjusted when both parties agree to special promotions and select marketing events where a share cost plan may be in effect.
