Collision. The District shall reimburse employees for collision losses to their personal 1 autos under the following conditions:
Collision. Cross Country shall provide for the towing of AGI Member's damaged vehicle to the nearest, as determined by Cross Country, repair facility qualified to repair the damaged vehicle. Should the AGI Member request to be towed to an alternate service center or location which will require additional towing mileage, any and all additional costs shall be the responsibility of the AGI Member. All costs associated with repair parts, repair labor, and repair services shall be the responsibility of the AGI Member.
