COLLEGE APPLICATION PROCEDURE. 4.1 The COLLEGE will be responsible for processing student applications.
4.2 The COLLEGE will provide the necessary admission and registration forms and procedures and both COLLEGE and SCHOOL DISTRICT will jointly ensure that each applicant accepted has met all the enrollment requirements, including liability and medical care coverage requirements, if any.
4.3 The SCHOOL DISTRICT agrees to assist COLLEGE in the admission and registration of SCHOOL DISTRICT students as may be necessary and requested by COLLEGE.

4.3 The SCHOOL DISTRICT agrees to assist COLLEGE in the admission and registration of SCHOOL DISTRICT students as may be necessary and requested by COLLEGE.
4.4 COLLEGE admission and registration requires that each participating student has completed the COLLEGE enrollment application process.
4.5 Participating students enrolled in a course offered through a CCAP Agreement shall not be assessed any fee that is prohibited by California Education Code Sections 49011, 76060.5, 76140, 76223, 76300, 76350, and 79121. Sec. 2 (f)(q)

The COMMUNITY COLLEGE DISTRICT will provide the necessary admission and registration forms and procedures and both COMMUNITY COLLEGE DISTRICT and SCHOOL DISTRICT will jointly ensure that each applicant accepted has met all the enrollment requirements. For high school pupil, the admission and/or registration forms will include a parental consent form that requires a parent or guardian to signify consent to the pupil’s enrollment in COLLEGE courses. The SCHOOL DISTRICT shall assist COMMUNITY COLLEGE DISTRICT in the admission and registration of SCHOOL DISTRICT students as necessary and requested by COMMUNITY COLLEGE DISTRICT.

4.3 The CUHSD agrees to assist WVMCCD in the admission and registration of CUHSD students as may be necessary and requested by WVMCCD.
4.4 The CUHSD and WVMCCD understand and agree that successful admission and registration for CCAP courses offered as part of this Agreement requires that each participating student has completed the college enrollment application process.
