(b) Consult with colleagues on curricula development and/or instructional strategies related to a specific sub-group within the school. (c) Collaboratively analyze and discuss student work portfolios for your grade level, i.e., “Results.” (d) Provide professional development for colleagues, i.e., demonstration lessons, focused workshop based upon instructional and content expertise.
