Codes and Permits a) The interconnection Customer shall be responsible for procuring all building, operating, and environmental permits that are required by any governmental authority having jurisdiction for the type of generating facility and for the necessary ancillary structures to be installed, if any.
Codes and Permits. Tenant shall comply with all applicable codes and obtain any necessary permits in connection with its use of the Premises.

Following execution of this Agreement, in the event that a building department or other government agency subsequently requires work to be performed by XXXXXXX which is not specifically referred to in this Agreement, or in the event that XXXXXXX discovers work which requires remedial repair, XXXXXXX will advise Customer of any changes and perform pursuant to Section 6 of this Agreement. Codes and Permits. When applicable, the Contractor shall obtain all required permits, give all required notices, and comply with all laws, ordinances, codes, rules, and regulations bearing on the conduct of the work under this contract. If the Contractor observes that the drawings and specifications are at variance therewith, he shall promptly notify the designer in writing. All work under this contract shall conform to the current North Carolina Building Code and other state and national codes as are applicable. If the Contractor performs any work knowing it to be contrary to such laws, ordinances, codes, rules and regulations, and without such notice to the Owner, he shall bear all cost arising therefrom.
