Chargeback Processing. 11.3.1 Planet Payment will make available all retrieval requests and/or chargeback related information to Acquirer in accordance with the Timing Chart and in any event within [*] after Planet Payment receives the relevant files from the Card Associations. All Card Association Incoming data shall be updated and made available to Acquirer. 11.3.2 Any chargebacks received for POS Transaction downgrading and/or MiGS e-commerce Foreign Transactions on account of e-commerce transactions being downgraded to non-3DSecure and non-Secure Code status solely as a result of a failure on the Planet Payment Platform and not as a result of the failure of the Acquirer Merchant, or any VAR to provide all of the necessary data elements, will be the liability of Planet Payment and Acquirer will recover the full amount of any chargebacks or any Card Associations penalties/assessments which may arise on such Transactions from Planet Payment.

Chargeback Processing. 11.1 There shall be chargeback costs when the customer and/or end user request the process to be nullified. The chargeback costs shall be equivalent to the transaction costs of the total amount available at that particular time. 11.2 Clickpesa shall not charge the customer and or end user for the reasons caused by it. 11.3 The Customer permits Clickpesa to share information about a Chargeback with the End User, the End User’s Delivery Channel, and the Customer’s financial institution in order to investigate and/or mediate a Chargeback. Clickpesa shall request the necessary information from the Customer to contest the Chargeback. 11.4 If a Chargeback dispute is not resolved in the Customer’s favour or the Customer chooses not to contest the Chargeback, Clickpesa shall recover the Chargeback amount and any associated fees from the Customer’s electronic payment collections. 11.5 The Customer acknowledges that failure to assist Clickpesa in a timely manner when investigating a transaction, including providing necessary documentation within seven (7) days of the request, may result in an irreversible Chargeback. Clickpesa reserves the right, upon electronic notice to the Customer, to charge a fee for mediating and/or investigating Chargeback disputes.
Chargeback Processing. Eversana shall provide chargeback processing services, including maintenance of hardware and software necessary to process chargebacks, maintenance of Evoke contracts (including membership eligibility, products, pricing and contract terms), processing and verification of each submitted chargeback line (including contract number, prime vendor, customer, product, contract price, sale date, Wholesale Acquisition Cost (WAC)), necessary calculations, payments due, discrepancy reporting and submission of reconciliation reports to Evoke, and provide standard reporting associated therewith.

Amounts owed by suppliers to Cardinal relating to chargebacks shall be calculated based upon the wholesale acquisition price of Supplier's product at the date of sale, and shall be paid, or credited, as appropriate, to Cardinal within seven (7) days following Cardinal's submission of a request for those amounts. In the event that Cardinal notifies Supplier that chargeback amounts owed by Supplier to Cardinal exceed amounts owed by Cardinal to Supplier (a "Debit Balance") Supplier will remit payment for chargebacks to Cardinal by check or wire transfer until such time that Cardinal notifies Supplier that it is no longer in a Debit Balance. Legitimate chargeback reconciliation issues should be resolved as soon as practicable with each party responding to the other within 60 days following receipt of documentation supporting those issues.
Chargeback Processing. NSS will recognize and administer contracts between Suppliers and customers pursuant to which prices at which the customer may purchase certain products have been established, subject to the continued validity of such contracts in accordance with applicable law and the Supplier's compliance with NSS' standard policy and credit considerations deemed relevant to NSS. Amounts owed to NSS by Suppliers relating to chargebacks shall be calculated based upon the wholesale acquisition price of Supplier's product at the date of sale, and shall be paid, or credited, as appropriate, to NSS within seven (7) days following NSS' submission of a request for such amounts. In the event that NSS notifies Supplier that chargeback amounts owed by Supplier to NSS exceed amounts owed by NSS to Supplier (a "Debit Balance") Supplier will remit payment for chargebacks to NSS by check or wire transfer until such time that NSS notifies Supplier that it is no longer in a Debit Balance. Chargeback reconciliation issues shall be resolved as soon as practicable with each party responding to the other within sixty (60) days following receipt of documentation supporting those issues.

Cardinal reserves the right to deduct for any chargeback pricing discrepancies that result from supplier’s inability to provide Cardinal reasonable time to load contract pricing. Chargeback Processing. Cardinal Health will recognize and administer Customer Contracts, subject to their continued validity in accordance with applicable law and the supplier’s compliance with this Policy. Customer Contract changes (e.g., Contract Price, product item adds, product item deletes, membership list) must be submitted to Cardinal Health at least 5 business days prior to the effective date of the change by means of the American National Standards Institute (ANSI) Accredited Standards
