Changes to Plan. The Recipient agrees that the Province or Canada, in the sole discretion of the Province or Canada and from time to time, may require the Recipient to make changes to the Aboriginal Consultation Plan.

Any changes to the Fall Protection Plan at a particular job site will be approved by the Manager, and will be reviewed regularly as the job progresses to determine additional practices, procedures or training needs necessary to prevent fall injuries. Affected crews will be notified of all procedure changes, and trained if necessary. A copy of this plan, and any additional alternative Fall Protection Plans, will be maintained by the Manager.
Changes to Plan. An approved Management and Operations Plan may be changed from time to time with the approval of the Head of Regional Division. Prior to approving any such change, the Head of Regional Division shall give notice to TELKOM setting out in detail the proposed change and any relevant background information. Following discussion and consultation in good faith with TELKOM, Head of Regional Division shall approve the proposed change with such modifications, if any, as recommended to him. Notice of all approved changes to a Management and Operations Plan, including a copy of the revised plan, shall be delivered forthwith by the Head of Regional Division to TELKOM and the Investor.
Changes to Plan. The Hospital reserves the right to adjust the monthly fees, services, and terms and conditions of this Agreement at any Renewal Date. If any changes are to be made to this Agreement, then Hospital shall give Subscriber notice, such as a posting within the hospital, thirty (30) or more days prior to the effective date of such changes. Subscriber may upgrade the Plan at any time without incurring any Membership Fee. An upgraded Plan is considered a new Plan for the purposes of the included services. If the Subscriber elects to upgrade the Plan and services have been used under the current Plan, the Hospital reserves the right to have the Subscriber pay the difference between the two Plans in full prior to the upgrade . The Plan Period will remain the same as the original Plan Period.
Changes to Plan. The parties further agree that the Employer will be in compliance with the Federal Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (FPPACA) and all associated regulations. The Employer reserves the right to select and change the insurance carriers and to bargain any changes to the plan by the next normal enrollment date with no less than sixty (60) days advance notice to the Union. The Employer anticipates the creation of and participation in an insurance committee with information on the committees’ recommendations before taking such steps.
