Changes to Plan. In the event that Alameda Health System wishes to explore health and dental plans to be provided through alternate carriers or with modified plan designs, the Health System will notify the Union of its intent. The parties shall meet and confer regarding all proposed changes as well as AHS contribution toward such plans.
