Change in Position. Staff members changing positions will be placed in the compensation classification level of the position, effective with the date of change. Step placement will be maintained regardless of the number of compensation classification level ranges changed.
Change in Position. If the Company and/or its Subsidiaries changes the Participant’s position or title with the Company and its Subsidiaries, or transfers the Participant from one affiliate to another, this Agreement and my obligations hereunder will remain in force. (m)
Change in Position. If, at least one month after the Grant Date but prior to the Vesting Date, the Grantee is transferred to a position with the Company or a Subsidiary that is not an executive position eligible for such an award, then, after the end of the Performance Period, a Prorated Number of RSUs shall become Vested RSUs (as determined in Section 6(f) below). The Company shall settle any RSUs that become Vested RSUs under this Section 6(e) by delivering to the Grantee one Share for each Vested RSU as soon as administratively practicable after the Vesting Date, but in any event within the short-term deferral period specified in Treasury Regulation § 1.409A-1(b)(4).
Change in Position. A one (1) year probationary period will be served by any current Association member who changes positions within the Association unit. In this instance, the superintendent or designee may, at her/his discretion, reduce the length of an employee’s required probationary period.
Change in Position. If the Executive’s position with the Company shall change for any reason, then this Agreement shall terminate, and the provisions of Section 7.4 shall apply.
Change in Position. When an employee changes to a different job classification, the employee 19 is eligible to receive an additional verified work experience credit up to the maximum level credit 20 (Pay Step 4) allowed for initial employment.
Change in Position. 9.17 The employee selected for a position that requires movement to a new classification or skill level may serve a new probationary period.

Any employee who is promoted from teacher to master teacher shall receive the nearest higher salary, which affords at least five percent (5%) additional compensation, as of the date upon which the appointment becomes effective. Such employee shall be granted a step increase in accordance with the provisions for step advancement as stated in Section 8.5.2 above.

Notwithstanding any change in the position(s) shown below as held by the Indemnitee with the Company, this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect, and a new agreement between the parties hereto need not be executed and delivered as long as Indemnitee continues to serve as an officer and/or member of the Board of Directors of the Company or any subsidiary of the Company.
