Certification Revocation. The Linux Foundation may revoke any Certification if you fail to comply with Certification renewal requirements or other Certification requirements. In addition, The Linux Foundation may, in its sole discretion, revoke any and all Certifications you may have earned and permanently ban you from earning future Certifications under any of the following circumstances: ● If you use profanity, threaten to harm, bully or in any way harass any employee or contractor of The Linux Foundation or any Exam Proctoring Partner (whether verbally or in writing, including through electronic communications or external web postings); ● If you breach the terms and conditions of this Agreement; ● If The Linux Foundation determines, in its sole discretion pursuant to Section 6, that you have undertaken or participated in Exam Misconduct as defined in Section 4.3 or violated the Professional Code of Conduct as defined in Section 5; ● If you have been convicted of a crime that The Linux Foundation deems, in its sole discretion, in any way xxxxx or affects the reputation, goodwill or security of The Linux Foundation, Hyperledger or the Program; or ● If you have lost or settled a civil case in which The Linux Foundation is the plaintiff and the claim arose from any alleged damage to The Linux Foundation, its brand, goodwill or reputation or the brand, goodwill or reputation of any project of The Linux Foundation including Hyperledger .

Certification Revocation. Juniper Networks may at its sole discretion revoke any and all certifications you may have earned, and ban you, permanently or for designated periods, from earning future certifications, under any of the following circumstances:

Splunk may, in its sole discretion, revoke any and all Certifications you may have earned, and permanently ban you from earning future Certifications, or apply any other action set forth under Section 4.2, for violations including, but not limited to the following circumstances: · If you violate the Candidate Code of Conduct as set forth in Section 4.1 below; · If you fail stay current on continuing education, updated requirements or recertification requirements; · If you breach the terms and conditions of this Agreement or misuse your digital badge as managed by Splunk or a third party authorized by Splunk; · If you are unable to live up to the applicable Certification requirements and fail to let Splunk know; · If you mistreat or threaten to harm, bully or in any way harass any Splunk or Testing Delivery Partner employee or contractor in any form with repeated communications to dispute exam results that have already been reviewed and closed per the Challenge process. · If Splunk, in its sole discretion, deems that your participation in the Splunk Certification program in any way xxxxx or affects Splunk’s or the Program’s brand, reputation, goodwill or security.
Certification Revocation. Cisco may at its sole discretion revoke any and all Certifications you may have earned, and permanently ban you from earning future Certifications, under any of the following circumstances:

Cisco may, in its sole discretion, revoke any and all Certifications you may have earned, and permanently ban you from earning future Certifications, or apply any other action set forth under Section 4.2, under any of the following circumstances: • If you fail to comply with any continuing education or recertification requirements; • If, at any time, you threaten to harm, bully or in any way harass any Cisco or Testing Delivery Partner employee or contractor (whether verbally or in writing, including through electronic communications or external web postings). For the avoidance of doubt, to “harass” under this section includes, without limitation, any repeated communications to Cisco or Testing Delivery Partner employees or contractors in which you continue to dispute results of any exam after you have been informed that no further changes will be made to your exam results; • If you breach the terms and conditions of this Agreement or the Trademark Agreement; • If Cisco determines, in its sole discretion pursuant to Section 4.2, that you have undertaken or participated in, or attempted to undertake or participate in, Exam Misconduct; • If you violate the Candidate Conduct Policy as set forth in Section 4.1 below; • If you have been convicted of a crime that Cisco deems, in its sole discretion, in any way xxxxx or affects Cisco’s or the Program’s reputation, goodwill or security; or • If you have lost or settled a civil case in which Cisco is the plaintiff and the claim arose from any alleged damage to Cisco, its brand, goodwill or reputation. • If you fail to promptly notify Cisco of any matters that can affect your ability to fulfill any applicable Certification requirements.

In addition, CFF may, in its sole discretion, revoke any and all Certifications you may have earned and permanently ban you from earning future Certifications under any of the following circumstances: ● If you use profanity, threaten to harm, bully or in any way harass any CFF or Exam Proctoring Partner employee or contractor (whether verbally or in writing, including through electronic communications or external web postings); ● If you breach the terms and conditions of this Agreement; ● If CFF determines, in its sole discretion pursuant to Section 6, that you have undertaken or participated in Exam Misconduct as defined in Section 4.3 or violated the Professional Code of Conduct as defined in Section 5; ● If you have been convicted of a crime that CFF deems, in its sole discretion, in any way xxxxx or affects CFF’s or the Program’s reputation, goodwill or security; or ● If you have lost or settled a civil case in which CFF is the plaintiff and the claim arose from any alleged damage to CFF, its brand, goodwill or reputation.

Tanium may, in its sole discretion, revoke any and all Certifications you may have earned, and permanently ban you from earning future Certifications, or apply any other action set forth under Section 4.2, for violations of the Program including, but not limited to the following circumstances: • If you violate the Candidate Code of Conduct as set forth in Section 4.1 below. • If you fail to stay current on continuing education, updated requirements or recertification requirements. • If you breach the terms and conditions of this Agreement or misuse your digital badge as managed by Tanium or a third party authorized by Tanium. • If you are unable to live up to the applicable Certification requirements and fail to let Tanium know. • If you mistreat or threaten to harm, bully or in any way harass any Tanium or Testing Delivery Partner employee or contractor in any form with repeated communications to dispute exam results that have already been reviewed and closed per the Challenge process. • If Tanium, in its sole discretion, deems that your participation in the Tanium Certification program in any way xxxxx or affects Tanium’s or the Program’s brand, reputation, goodwill or security, including misusing our name and trademark.
Certification Revocation. OpenStack will revoke Certification if you fail to comply with Certification renewal requirements. In addition, OpenStack may, in its sole discretion, revoke any and all Certifications you may have earned, and permanently ban you from earning future Certifications, under any of the following circumstances: • If you threaten to harm, bully or in any way harass any OpenStack or Exam Partner employee or contractor (whether verbally or in writing, including through electronic communications or external web postings); • If you breach the terms and conditions of this Agreement; • If OpenStack determines, in its sole discretion pursuant to Section 6, that you have undertaken or participated in Exam Misconduct as defined in Section 4.3 or violated the Professional Code of Conduct as defined in Section 5; • If you have been convicted of a crime that OpenStack deems, in its sole discretion, in any way xxxxx or affects OpenStack’s or the Program’s reputation, goodwill or security; or • If you have lost or settled a civil case in which OpenStack is the plaintiff and the claim arose from any alleged damage to OpenStack, its brand, goodwill or reputation.
