Central Region. The FRB Landfill (the Central Region primary landfill) is subject to a Memorandum of Understanding with the City of Irvine, which may restrict time frames and conditions for operating and maintaining the heavy equipment. The normal operating hours for FRB Landfill personnel are 5:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.; typical landfill operation for refuse haulers is 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Saturday.
