Caseload. The juveniles for whom a certified juvenile probation officer is authorized under the Department’s standards to provide probation supervision and services.

Caseload. 7.1 A full-time employee (other than a Unit Head, Midwifery Caseload Practice) is one who is available to carry a caseload of 40 booked clients/patients full care during the course of any full calendar or financial year. In the event the caseloads exceed these limits, the procedures to follow are as outlined in Article V, Section 4 (Class Size).

Caseload. No more than 400 cases will be assigned to Attorney during the Term of this Agreement, except at the request of Attorney and with written permission of the Court Administrator. If Attorney is appointed to represent a Defendant who has more than one court case pending, Attorney will be credited with one appointment for each additional court case associated with each Defendant.
Caseload. For a full-time staff member, the expectations is the midwife will have responsibility each year for between 45 and 50 women enrolled in the maternity capitation programme. Part-time staff case loads will be pro rata, based on the full-time case load expectations.
