Carpeting. To minimize noise and to protect hardwood floors, you must cover approximately 75% of the floor area of each bedroom and living room with a carpet and pad before moving in your furniture. You will not be allowed to move in until carpets and pads have been installed. Rooms that are not properly carpeted will automatically incur an additional charge of $250 per room. If you install wall-to-wall carpeting, do not allow your installer to put any nails in the floor or to damage or remove any molding. You’re responsible for any damage. Tile floors don’t require carpeting.
Carpeting. In addition to the aforementioned nightly and weekly vacuuming, Landlord will do the following: Weekly All carpeting is to be spot cleaned removing all stains, smudges, and unsightly appearances.
Carpeting. Tenant shall provide and maintain hard surface protective mats under all desk chairs to avoid excessive wear and tear to carpets. During moving, carpeting is to be protected by a hard surface protective covering. If Tenant fails to so provide, the cost of carpet repair or replacement shall be charged to and paid for by the Tenant.
Carpeting. All carpeting to be used in Minneapolis Public School buildings must be approved by the coordinator of safety.
Carpeting. If the Tenant elects to install carpeting to cover any floor section(s) of the premises, a water soluble glue must be used to prevent damage to the floor in the event said carpeting is subsequently removed. Any such damage shall be considered the fault of the Tenant who will be responsible for any and all incurred expenses to restore the floor to its original condition. In the event Tenant occupies the demised premises with a carpet already "in-place" which the Tenant finds acceptable, then, if required at the end of tenancy, disposal of the in-place carpet shall be deemed to be Tenant's responsibility as set forth above for new installations.
Carpeting. The Tenant shall maintain the carpets now, or from time to time, laid in the Premises and, when necessary, replace them with new carpets of equivalent quality and value.
Carpeting. Landlord shall supply and install throughout the demised premises Landlord's building standard carpeting, colors to be selected from samples submitted by Landlord.
