C below. There are a lot of things you can do with Project Gutenberg-tm electronic works if you follow the terms of this agreement and help preserve free future access to Project Gutenberg-tm electronic works. See paragraph 1.E below.

The Awarding Authority shall retain five (5) percent of such estimated value as security for the completion of the Work and while the Contractor continues to carry on the Work, will pay to the Contractor the Approved balance, net of the five (5) percent, all previous payments, and all sums which may be otherwise retained under the provisions of this Contract.
C below. The sum of the County and Employee Contribution shall constitute full payment, excluding deductibles, co-payments, and other fees and charges as specified in the Plan.

For BOTH Individuals and Entities: Civil litigation review of any legal action, case, litigation, matter, or arbitration involving the Entity and/or Subject including provisioning of case name and parties, court/venue, docket/case number, and other identifying and relevant details; Individual - at all jurisdictions where the individual lived or worked; or Entity- where the Entity was domiciled or conducted business; Civil record checks of all court filings, including litigation history and declarations of bankruptcy regarding any Subject (i.e., individual) or Entity and any business entities, affiliates and/or corporate/organizational boards to which the Subject may have any known current or prior relationship, affiliation, membership, ownership interest, board of director role, or other governance involvement; Residence or location information (for up to five states); Civil judgments and liens (e.g., tax liens/warrants, and other government-imposed liens); Adverse media, internet, and social network search/review; Global Regulatory, Watch and Sanctions Lists, including: Regulatory filings (e.g., FINRA, SEC, CFTC, NFA, and international regulators); Terrorist and Wanted Persons Lists (e.g., U.S. Department of State Terrorist Exclusion List, FBI’s Most Wanted Terrorist List, and Interpol Public Red Notice List) Governmental Exclusion Lists and Politically Exposed Persons (e.g., EPLS, LEIE, and XXX); Sanctions Lists (e.g., OFAC of U.S. Department of Treasury’s Specially Designated Nations Security Council Consolidated List, UK Her Majesty’s Treasury’s Consolidated List of Financial Sanctions Targets, and World Bank List of Debarred Firms and Individuals); and

An Annual Suite may be used for any Qualified Authority Event so long as at least fifty percent (50%) of the fixed seats associated with such Suite are purchased by the Annual Suite licensee. The price for the Annual Suite tickets shall be determined by the Authority Event promoter, but in no event shall the price of such tickets cost more than the highest ticket price of all generally available lower bowl tickets (excluding VIP tickets, special access tickets, and other similar premium priced tickets, but not Club Seats). Subject to the provisions of Section 10.1(b)(ii), if the Annual Suite licensee does not purchase at least fifty percent (50%) of the fixed seats associated with its Suite, then the Suite in question shall be unoccupied and remain “dark” for the Authority Event in question.”
C below. The Employer may reduce the employee*s pay rate to the appropriate Dart time pay rate in accordance with the employee's total hours worked.

If there is a dispute between the Parties regarding the calculation of [*****], the Parties will make good faith efforts to resolve the dispute based on a review of [*****] as described above. If the Parties are unable to resolve such dispute, then the dispute will be addressed in accordance with this Section 5 (excluding Section 5.1.C).
