Building Control. Landlord reserves the right to control and operate the Common Areas as well as facilities furnished for the common use of tenants in such manner as Landlord deems best for the benefit of tenants generally. Building Control. You are reminded that the carrying out of building works requires approval under the Building Regulations in many cases as well as a grant of planning permission. If you are in doubt as to whether or not the work, the subject of this planning permission, requires such approval, then you are invited to contact the Building Control Section of Babergh and Mid Suffolk District Councils.
Building Control. 5.1. Certain temporary structures shall require inspection by a Building Control Officer. Examples of these are: gantries, stages, seating stands, scaffold structures, large marquees and fencing in excess of 2.5 metres high. It makes sense to ensure that all electrical equipment and power is switched off once your building is empty, both environmentally and financially. With access control from CMC you can set the system to do just this and it is so simple. When the last person leaves at the end of the day the power is automatically switched off, you do not have to go round checking each room!

All persons entering or leaving the Building between the hours of 6 p.m. and 7 a.m. Monday through Friday, and at all hours on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays, will comply with such off-hour regulations as Landlord may establish and modify from time to time.

Regulations 1997 - 2015 This Clause only applies where the Main Contract Works are works to which the Building Control Regulations 1997 – 2015 and any amendments thereto, including the Building Control (Amendment) Regulations 2014, apply. Within 5 days of the Commencement Date the NN Sub-Contractor will provide to the Contractor completed and signed Ancillary Form of Certificate of Compliance (Undertaking by NN Sub-Contractor) in respect of the sub-contract works, in the form CIF SC01.

(a) The Parties agree that PPP Co. is the “building owner” in respect of each Site for the purposes of the Building Regulations and will be responsible for ensuring the Works are carried out in accordance with the requirements of the Building Regulations. For the avoidance of doubt nothing in this Clause 8.8 (Building Control) will operate or be deemed to operate as a demise of any of the Sites, the Project Facility or any part of them nor will PPP Co. (or any PPP Co. Related Party) have or be entitled to any estate, right, title or interest in them.
