BPS. BPS. “BPS,” as used in this SLA in connection with a Service Credit for a service level nonconformity, means: (a) basis points (one-hundredths of one percent) per annum, the monthly portion of which is multiplied by (b) the Average End of Day Balance of Custodial Deposit Accounts processed on the System for the month in which the service level nonconformity occurs.

BPS. BPS represents and warrants to Customer that the Services shall be provided in a workmanlike, professional manner and meet the Service Level requirements set forth in Attachment A.
BPS. 1) BPS shall be responsible for student registration under the supervision of the Superintendent, or designee and provide Harlow’s with student information needed to establish routes. Online student transportation will begin on or about May 15 of each year and have a cutoff date of the Friday proceeding July 15 of each year. Parents may register their child before this date even if the student will start riding later in the school year. BPS shall keep database of students approved for

3) SIT (students in transition) will be immediately checked eligible for transportation in PowerSchool. After being registered SIT students shall not be made to wait the 30 day period. These students will be clearly marked in the Google Docs database.
4) Students/families new to the Bismarck area will checked eligible for transportation in PowerSchool as in section 1.a.1 and BPS will notify Harlow’s to route as soon as reasonably possible.
