Bonus Target. Executive will be eligible to receive additional stock options worth $75,000.00, to be granted at the first meeting of the Board of Directors following issuance of year-end results for 1998. The value of such options shall be equal to fifty (50) percent of the fair market value of the Company's stock at year-end, as averaged over the final ten (10) trading days in 1998, and shall be awarded at fair market value on the day of the grant. Except as provided in this Section 7(b), the grant of such options shall be in accordance with the provisions and requirements of the Stock Option Agreement attached as Exhibit 1 to this Agreement.
Bonus Target. Executive may receive annual bonus payments of an amount, if any, to be determined by the Board of Directors FracRock, within its sole discretion, up to a maximum of 100% of the Executive’s base pay. The amount of the bonus awarded, if any, shall be based on achieving certain goals related to Company performance and objective.
Bonus Target. During each full calendar year of the Term, Executive shall be eligible to receive an annual bonus in an amount, if any, to be determined by the Board of Directors of Eco-Stim in its sole discretion, up to a maximum of one hundred percent (100%) of Executive’s Base Salary (the “Annual Bonus”). The amount of the Annual Bonus awarded, if any, shall be based on achieving certain goals related to Company performance and objectives, established and measured by the Board of Directors of Eco-Stim, in its sole discretion. To receive any Annual Bonus for a calendar year, Executive must be in “active working status” at the time such Annual Bonus is scheduled to be paid, except as otherwise provided in Section 4, below. For purposes of this Agreement, “active working status” means that the Termination Date has not occurred for any reason and Executive has not been given notice of termination of his employment for any reason, and Executive has not resigned his employment or given notice of his resignation, for any reason.
Bonus Target. Executive’s annual bonus target under the Company’s Senior Management Incentive Plan (or any successor bonus plan) for the period commencing on the Effective Date and continuing through December 31, 2017 shall be 150% of his annual base salary. Thereafter, Executive’s annual bonus target will be reviewed annually by the Compensation Committee of the Board or the full Board as part of Executive’s annual performance review.
Bonus Target. 6.1 The amount of your bonus target is 75% of your Salary. 6.2 Please note that the bonus plan is entirely discretionary, and the Company reserves in its absolute discretion the right to terminate or amend it or any other bonus plan that may be established.

Bonus Target. With respect to each Company fiscal year that ends during the Term, commencing with the fiscal year ending December 31, 2017, the Company shall establish a target cash-based incentive payment for Executive under the Annual Bonus Plan for the applicable fiscal year (“Bonus Target”). Executive’s Bonus Target shall be no less than $200,000.00. The ultimate bonus earned by Executive shall be determined and calculated in a manner generally consistent with how the other executive vice presidents of the Company earn their annual target bonuses.
