BOARDS. 2.12.1 The provisions of 2.12.2 apply to the: Enrollment Commission; Yukon Land Use Planning Council; Regional Land Use Planning Commissions; Yukon Development Assessment Board; Yukon Heritage Resources Board; Yukon Geographical Place Names Board; Yukon Water Board; Fish and Wildlife Management Board, including the Salmon Sub-Committee; Renewable Resources Councils; Dispute Resolution Board; Surface Rights Board; Kluane National Park Management Board; and any other entity agreed to in a Yukon First Nation Final Agreement.
BOARDS. The Employer agrees to supply and make available to the Union for the posting of seniority lists and Union notices one (1) bulletin board in such place so as to inform all employees in the bargaining unit of the activities of the Union.

All such notices must be signed by the proper officer of the Local Union and be submitted to the Administrator or his representative for approval before being posted.
BOARDS. A bulletin board shall be available to the Union for the posting of Union notices. All such notices must be signed by a Union officer and submitted to the Hospital Administrator, or his designate, for approval before posting.

Upon approval from the Manager, Industrial Relations, the Union will be entitled to make use of the electronic bulletin board.
BOARDS. The Employer agrees that the Union shall have the right to use Bulletin Boards supplied by the Employer. Such Bulletin Boards to be used to post notices of meetings and other such notices that may be of interest to the employees concerned.
BOARDS. The Employer shall provide bulletin board(s) which shall be placed so that all employees will have access to them and upon which the Union shall have the right to post notices of meetings and such other notices as may be of interest to the employees/Union membership.
BOARDS. The Hospital agrees to supply a bulletin board for the posting of Union notices. Such notices may also be posted in the locker rooms provided all notices bear the signature of an officer or xxxxxxx of the Union and an officer of the Hospital.

It is agreed that no notice will be posted on the bulletin board without prior approval by the Vice President Human Resources.
