Blanket Coverage. Owner and Lessee reserve the right to provide any insurance referenced in this Article XII by one or more so-called “blanket” or “umbrella” policies of insurance. Operator further acknowledges that the insurance coverage of the Hotel may be part of the general insurance plan of Owner or Lessee or of any of their affiliates. Owner or Lessee may elect to obtain any of the insurance coverages set forth in this Article XII with a “deductible loss” clause providing for per occurrence deductibles.
Blanket Coverage. All of the insurance requirements set forth herein on the part of Tenant to be observed shall be deemed satisfied if the Premises are covered by a blanket insurance policy complying with the limits, requirements, and criteria contained in this Article 14 insuring all or most of Tenant’s facilities in California.
Blanket Coverage. Any insurance required of Tenant pursuant to this Lease may be provided by means of a so-called "blanket policy", so long as (i) the Premises are specifically covered (by rider, endorsement or otherwise), (ii) the limits of the policy are applicable on a "per location" basis to the Premises and provide for restoration of the aggregate limits, and (iii) the policy otherwise complies with the provisions of this Lease.
Blanket Coverage. The Mortgagor may maintain the coverages required by Section 8.1 hereof under blanket policies covering the Premises and other locations owned or operated by the Mortgagor or an Affiliate of the Mortgagor if the terms of such blanket policies otherwise comply with the provisions of Section 8.1 hereof and contain specific coverage allocations in respect of the Premises complying with the provisions of Section 8.1 hereof.
Blanket Coverage. Any policy required to be maintained hereunder by either party may be maintained under a so-called "blanket policy", insuring other parties and other locations, so long as the amount of insurance required to be provided hereunder is not thereby diminished.
Blanket Coverage. Borrower may provide any Required Insurance under a blanket policy or policies covering the Property and other property and assets, provided that:

Blanket Coverage. Such Pledgor may maintain the coverages required by clause (i) of this Section 4.17 under blanket policies covering the Pledged Collateral and other property owned or operated by such Pledgor or an Affiliate of such Pledgor if the terms of such blanket policies otherwise comply with the provisions of clause (i) of this Section 4.17 and contain specific coverage allocations in respect of the Equipment and Inventory complying with the provisions of clause (i) of this Section 4.17.
Blanket Coverage. Unless otherwise approved by Agency, the certificate submitted for this PA shall not reference a specific PA/Contract name or number with regard to any of the required liability coverages or Additional Insured Endorsement (contact Agency’s Procurement Specialist if this is not available from the insurance provider). At Agency’s discretion, Agency may require certificates with project-specific coverage for any given WOC assignment.
Blanket Coverage. Such policies may be carried under a blanket or umbrella policy covering the Premises and other locations of the Developer, if such blanket policy contains an endorsement that guarantees a minimum limit available for the Premises equal to the minimum limits required by this Article and that the minimum limits shall not be reduced for claims made with respect to other properties, and otherwise complies with this Article.
