Binding Character. Any decision rendered by the arbitration panel pursuant to this Article 16 shall be final and binding on the parties hereto, and judgment thereon may be entered by any state or federal court of competent jurisdiction

Binding Character. This Amendment shall be binding upon and shall inure to the benefit of the heirs, successors, personal representatives, and permitted assigns of Lessor and Tenant.
Binding Character. Any decision rendered by any arbitrator pursuant to this Section shall be final and binding on the parties thereto, and judgment thereon may be entered by any court of competent jurisdiction. The parties specifically agree that any arbitrator shall be empowered to award and order equitable or injunctive relief with respect to matters brought before it.
Binding Character. 4.1. We shall be bound solely by the final versions of our drafts, documents, advisory reports, analyses and calculations submitted to the client in writing and signed by a person authorised for that purpose (‘the Deliverables’).
