Common use of Binding Character Clause in Contracts

Binding Character. Any decision rendered by the arbitration panel pursuant to this §10 shall be final and binding on, and nonappealable by, the parties hereto, and judgment thereon may be entered by any state or federal court of competent jurisdiction. Any action to enforce an award shall be filed under seal.
