Beta Versions. No Warranty – “AS IS” Product If this is a beta or test version, licensee acknowledges that software is prerelease code and is not at the level of performance or compatibility of a final, generally available product offering. Software may not operate correctly and may be substantially modified prior to first commercial shipment or withdrawn. Software is provided “AS IS” without any warranty of any kind. The entire risk arising out of the use or performance of Software remains with Licensee. Licensee acknowledges that operating beta software on a production system may have unintended consequences and has been so advised by Comodo.

Beta Versions. From time to time, we may make available for you to try, at your sole discretion, certain functionality related to the Service, which is clearly designated as beta, pilot, limited release, non-production, or by a similar description (each, a “Beta Version”). Beta Versions are intended for evaluation purposes and not for production use, are not supported, and may be subject to additional terms. We may discontinue Beta Versions at any time in our sole discretion and may never make them generally available. We have no liability for any harm or damage arising out of or in connection with a Beta Version.
Beta Versions. You acknowledge that the Services and software are beta versions in the stage of development. Consequently, the Services and software are unstable and may not work error-free. We do not warrant that the functions contained in the Services and software will meet your requirements or that the operation of the Services and software will be uninterrupted or error-free. Moreover, we reserve the right, at any time and for any reason, to discontinue, redesign, modify, enhance, change, patch the software and the Services including, without limitation, the structure, specifications, “look and feel,” navigation, features and other elements of the software and the Services or any part thereof.
Beta Versions. If Ping Identity and Customer mutually agree in writing, Customer may receive beta, preview or other pre- release Products or features from Ping Identity (“Beta Versions”). Beta Versions may not have been tested or debugged and are experimental, and any documentation may be in draft form. Ping Identity may change or discontinue Beta Versions at any time without notice.
Beta Versions. Notwithstanding the provisions of Section a, THE PROVISIONS OF THIS SECTION 4.b APPLY IN PLACE OF SECTION 4.a IF (AND ONLY IF) THE SOFTWARE IS A “BETA TEST” VERSION. Beta Versions. Zoom or its Affiliates may, from time to time, offer access to services that are classified as Beta version (i.e., a version that is not generally available). Access to and use of Beta versions may be subject to additional agreements. Beta Versions are intended for evaluation purposes only and may be subject to additional terms and limitations. We may discontinue Beta Versions at any time in our sole discretion and may choose to never make them generally available. Notwithstanding Section 6 (Warranties and Disclaimer) of this Agreement, Beta Versions are provided “AS-IS” without any warranty. We will have no liability for any harm or damage arising out of or in connection with Beta Versions.
Beta Versions. Beta Versions are offered at the sole discretion of Xxx to interested customers. As the name implies, Beta Versions are not commercial launch versions, are not guaranteed to work properly, and may cause other parts of Customer’s system, or any Xxx Product with which the Beta Version interacts, to not work properly. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the Master Agreement, any Exhibit, any Additional Terms, or any Order Form, Customer assumes any and all risks associated with Beta Versions, including as to privacy and security. Cox may extend or discontinue Customer’s existing access to a Beta Version at any time without notice. Cox may (at its option) require Customer to enter into a separate testing agreement in order to receive access to a Beta Version. Nothing in this Section or Exhibit shall be construed to confer any ownership or other proprietary rights to Customer in any Beta Versions provided by Xxx.
Beta Versions. Customer and Ventiv may agree that the Customer will have the possibility to test new functionality of new software (“Beta Versions”). They shall be used only within the test environment and for test purposes only. Beta Versions are provided to Customer in the respective state present at Ventiv and on a loan basis. For this reason any liability by Ventiv with respect to Beta Versions is limited to cases of intent and gross negligence. Upon 120 days prior written notice Ventiv will have the right to terminate the provision of Beta Versions at any time and to discontinue the support.
