BEGINNING NEGOTIATIONS. The District and Federation agree that except as expressly set forth herein, this contract shall not be subject to reopening on any item for the duration of the Agreement or unless mutually agreed to by both parties. Neither party is obligated to agree to reopen this contract except as stated herein, and any agreement to reopen this contract must be signed in writing by the parties. The contract will run through June 30, 2015. Initial proposals for a successor contract shall not be presented earlier than July 1, 2013.
BEGINNING NEGOTIATIONS. Negotiations shall begin no later than April 10th of the final year of the Agreement to commence bargaining for a successor agreement, unless both parties agree to an alternate date. Meetings shall be held at times and places agreed to by both parties.

BEGINNING NEGOTIATIONS. Negotiations shall begin after written notification by certified mail has been received by the Board of Education from the WL-B Educators no earlier than March 15. All items proposed for negotiations shall be presented in writing by the WL-B Educators at the first session and thereafter shall not be expanded unless by mutual consent.
BEGINNING NEGOTIATIONS. Either party to this Agreement may on ten (10) day’s notice to the other given with the ninety (90) days prior to the expiry of this Agreement require the other party to enter into negotiations to arrive at a new Agreement and both parties shall thereupon enter into negotiations in good faith and make every reasonable effort to secure a new Collective Agreement.
BEGINNING NEGOTIATIONS. The parties agree that contract amendments, including economic matters, shall be subject to renegotiation by the parties, starting 90 calendar days before the termination date hereof and attempting to conclude on or before said termination date.

Any AFT initial proposal for a successor contract shall be given to the District between January 1, 2009, and June 30, 2009.
