Beginning December. 1st of each year for all employees, the Company shall prepare the vacation schedule for the following year. Employees shall select their vacation choices via the Vacation Portal prior to January 15th and the Company shall post the vacation schedule at the latest on January 31st.
Beginning December. 31, 2001, and semi-annually thereafter, Licensee shall submit to The Regents a written progress report covering Licensee’s (and any Affiliate’s or sublicensee’s) activities related to the development and testing of all Licensed Product and the obtaining of the governmental approvals necessary for marketing. Progress reports are required for each Licensed Product.
Beginning December. 31, 1997, and annually thereafter, Licensee shall submit to Rutgers/UMDNJ a progress report covering Licensee's activities related to the development and testing of all Licensed Products and the obtaining of the governmental approvals necessary for marketing. These progress reports shall be made for each Licensed Product in each Major Market Country and for other countries upon request by Rutgers/UMDNJ.
Beginning December. 1, employees may select time off on a first-come, first-served basis from the remaining posted dates. If the selection is at least ten (10) calendar days prior to the first selected day off, the selection shall be granted. For use of the personal holiday, selection from the remaining posted dates shall be granted if made at least five (5) days in advance. Requests for time off with less than ten (10) calendar days notice may be granted. For the purpose of this Subsection, an Employee may use vacation, CTO, holiday time or personal holiday. Based on the operational needs of the State, additional dates may be added to, or vacant dates may be deleted from, the vacation calendar. For the purpose of this Subsection, if two (2) or more employees simultaneously request the same time off and all requests cannot be granted, employees shall be granted their preferred time off by lot.
Beginning December. 31, 1997, maintain at all times a Tangible Net Worth of not less than $17,000,000.
Beginning December. 31, 2018, the Reinsurer may elect on a quarterly basis to receive payment of up to 100% of earned Premium with 60 calendar days prior notice. Payment of such amounts shall reduce the Collateral Amount.
Beginning December. 31, 1996, and annually thereafter, Monsanto shall submit to Calgene a progress report covering the activities related to the development and testing of all Licensed Products and the obtaining of the governmental approvals necessary for marketing them. These progress reports shall be made for each Licensed Product until the first commercial sale of that Licensed Product occurs in the United States.(b) After the first commercial sale of a Licensed Product anywhere in the world, Monsanto will make annual royalty reports to Calgene on or before February 28th of each year. Each such royalty report will cover the most recently completed calendar year and will show: (i) the gross sales and Net Profits for each Licensed Product; (ii) the number of each type of Licensed Product sold; (iii) the royalties, in U.S. dollars, payable hereunder with respect to such sales; (iv) the method used to calculate the royalty; and (v) the exchange rates used.(c) For each calendar year (commencing with calendar year 0000), Xxxxxxx will make annual reports to Monsanto on or before February 28th following each such year. Each such report will cover the most recently completed calendar year and will show: (i) the gross sales and Net Profits of
Beginning December. 16, 2024, all employees shall receive a 1% salary schedule adjustment.
Beginning December. 1, 2006 Members not using sick leave for the period December 1 through May 31 and/or June 1 through November 30 shall receive an incentive of twenty-four (24) hours compensatory time credited to their compensatory time bank.
Beginning December. 31, 2003, and annually thereafter, Licensee shall submit to The Regents a written progress report covering Licensee's (and any Affiliate's, Joint Venture's, or Sublicensee's) activities related to (a) the research and development and testing of all Licensed Product and Licensed Services, (b) Licensee's efforts, if any, to obtain the governmental approvals necessary for the manufacture, use and sale of the Licensed Technology in accordance with Paragraph 8.4, above, and (c) the activities required and undertaken in order to meet the diligence requirements set forth in Article 8 above. Annual progress reports are required until the first Final Sale of a Licensed Product or Licensed Service occurs in the U.S. and shall be again required if commercial sales of Licensed Products or Licensed Services are suspended or discontinued. Reports submitted by Licensee under this Article 9 (Progress and Royalty Reports) shall be considered Confidential Information in accordance with Article 30 (Secrecy) hereof.
